[Aluminum] Well built: strong, simple & steady. I use it most often with compact flash. The CF reader offers a steady connection with the side grooves and solid contacts. Simple no fuss connection for fast transfer and reading to laptop or desktop. Works without any problem directly to the computer port or when connected to a multiport hub USB A 2.0, USB A 3.0 or with a USB C 3.1. The extra kick is with three additional USB A 3.0 built into the hub!!! Really a very good quality tool, I expect a long and productive lifetime!!! Recommend highly!!! 5
