Get the soulful tone of Motown from your DAW with the Hitsville EQ Collection Plug-In from Universal Audio. The software offers a meticulous recreation of two EQ units from Motown's legendary Detroit studios that have graced iconic records by the Jackson 5, Stevie Wonder, and The Supremes: the Hitsville EQ and the Hitsville Mastering EQ, both exclusively licensed by Motown Museum / Hitsville USA. The entire electronic path including transformers, makeup amplifiers, EQ-band interactions, and internal clipped filter distortion was modeled using reference units from the collections of Michael Brauer, George Petersen, Jesse Gay, and the Motown Museum, with design guidance from Motown alumnus/technical engineer John Windt.

Both models are 7-band graphic EQs that are very straightforward to use, with frequencies set at 50, 130, 320, 800, 2000, 5000, and 12,500, each adjustable by +/- 8 dB in 1 dB steps. The Hitsville Mastering EQ also features a 1/2 speed switch, which cuts the frequency of each band in half, providing an expanded frequency range for your mixes. The two independent channels on the Mastering EQ can be used in Left/Right or Mid/Side mode for added versatility. This plug-in software download includes a native version that will run on Mac and Windows computers without UA hardware as well as a second version that runs accelerated on Apollo interfaces and UAD-2 hardware.

By thoroughly emulating the original Hitsville EQ units—with help from the technical engineers who made them—you can finally give your productions the same punchy and open sound heard on countless Motown hits.

From vocals and drums to bass and keyboards, the Hitsville EQ plug-in makes everything sound better with simple seven-band equalization, giving your tracks the hitmaking frequencies that made Motown records jump out of the speakers.

Finish off your tracks with the world's only emulation of Hitsville's ultrarare mid/side disk mastering EQ. Hear how the legendary Motown filters and half-speed frequency settings give your productions the fat, vintage hi-fi sound and energy of a classic single, hot off the Motown production line. Hitsville, indeed.

A: Remove the device from the phone's bluetooth list. Then try to pair it up again.

Q: 2. Why does the this adapter intermittently connect my headphones to Samsung TV? Most of the time it does not connect.

A: Your Samsung TV must have a Bluetooth headphone or external speaker mode. Make sure it is disabled.

Q: 3. Do I connect this to my computer to make it bluetooth enabled through USB port?

A: No, for Bluetooth audio you can connect this product to the computer's audio or headphone output. The USB connection on this device is to power the device itself.

Q: 4. I have a huge hiss problem connecting my beeznees mic to the bae compressor in to this la2a what could it be?

Replace the handset from said phone with the JK Audio Compak. A: The Aluratek ABC02F Universal Bluetooth Audio Receiver and Transmitter BH #ALABC02F makes no sounds while pairing.

[1 User] I love this little guy. Instead of carrying around a wireless rig or running cables everywhere and hooking up a field mixer, I can throw these on lav mics and my boom mic and sync it up later with Plural Eyes. It works like a charm. Great sound quality. My only wish is that they had a clip on the back but not a dealbreaker.

[1 User] This little device is perfect for interviews and portable recording. The sound is amazing and with the built in limiter it makes your vocals snap. I was very surprised with the high level audio quality! This thing is very easy to use. If you can operate an ipod you can do this no problem!

[1 User] This is a much better product than the one that came with my Sony
Wireless hand microphone. It even had a clip to put it on your belt.

[1 User] I use the equalizer almost on a daily basis. The matching is superb and easily transforms into top quality sound. It's design, knobs and general feel is excellent. The B&H technical specs and description are accurate and complete. There is no aspect to be improved; it is a sturdy equipment.

[1 User] They are not Lippizana stallions more like Clydesdales that toe the line and get the job done. We have used other PTT that have a more fancy button and more stylish. But these are hard core and last for years. Not only on the PTT button but the XLR input which break down after lots of handling. And we never buy the bases that have an output mic cable coming out. They break more easily like those darn power supplies. Always get an output XLR jack on the base. This way you replace the bad mic cable and you are not down a mic the day of the meeting. We have over 80 mic bases and they rarely need maintenance.

[1 User] The DR-10X is compact and has great sound. It minimizes handling noise compared to having a cable connection to a recorder. My only small complaint is that it takes a bit of getting used to to be able to stop recording and turn off the unit. The dual recording mode has proven very useful -- to have a second recording at -6 dB from the main one.
