A compact design equipped with a high frame rate and low latency, the SalrayWorks wideSHOT Ultra-Low Latency POV Camerafrom SalrayWorks wideSHOT Ultra-Low Latency POV Camerais great for adding high-resolution video to live broadcasting in surveillance, educational, or e-sports applications. A 1/2.8" 2.13MP Sony Exmor CMOS sensor captures Full HD images up to 1080p60 resolution over its 3G-SDI and CVBS video outputs.

The built-in 28mm lens features a 120° horizontal field of view. The camera also features RS-422 and RS-485 serial communication for remote control communication via VISCA or PELCO-D/P protocols. An IP67 rating ensures durability in inclement weather applications.

Q: 1. What type of connector is used for the I/O? Is it possible to have an extended I/O Cable?

A: This has a propitiatory connector to the camera, we are not aware of an extender for it.

Q: 2. What About Focus?

A: The Marshall CV504 cameras come with a high-quality 4.0mm (85° H.AOV) prime lens, which ensures focus from near contact to infinity. Marshall offers a wide selection of high-quality M12 prime and varifocal lenses to meet the individual needs of the production, project, or application. The camera does not support Autofocus. The miniature (M12) lens that comes installed on camera is set to optimal focus position, however if lens is slightly out of focus rotate lens clockwise or counter-clockwise slightly to fine tune. Once the desired focus point is achieved, rotate the locking nut back towards the camera which will hold the lens position at optimal focus point.

Q: 3. Can it be controlled from a PC to reach specific pan/tilt angles? Python interface is preferred.

A: This will use an RS-422 connection for control protocols and recommends using either the SalRay 5-Channel Controller( BH #SAMTTX90 MFR #SRW-MT-TX90 or the SalRay Works 4-Channel Controller BH #SAMTTX80 MFR #SRW-MT-TX80. Salray does not have a software control option for this pan tilt head.

Q: 4. Does this model come with a smartphone mount, or do you need to buy one separately?

A: It does not come with a smart phone mount.

Q: 5. What Protocol does this head uses to? RS 422? (VISCA) So any device or controller with RS 422 can control this? Like software based or any controller with VISCA protocol? or does it only works with your controller? Need a lot of information here. If it's visca protocol is it the standard visca protocol or a modified visca protocol? How about the Motor speed or angle? Can you please put a lot of information for this? Thanks

A: You can use LANC for the camera with the SalRay Works 5-Channel Controller( BH #SAMTTX90 • MFR #SRW-MT-TX90 You can use Panasonic protocol with the SalRay Works 4-Channel Controller BH #SAMTTX80 • MFR #SRW-MT-TX80

A: The supported control protocol for this unit is RS 422, visca is not available on this unit

A: Yes it will. You can use up to 4 receivers with a single Trigyn Apex 5G1K system. However we do not have D-Tap cables for this product available for a separate purchase at this time.

A: The PTZCam POV-X 4Kp30 USB/HDMI Camera with 4-12mm C-Mount Lens does not have a CCD sensor—it has a 1/2.3" 12MP Sony Exmor CMOS Sensor.

[M12] I use it to hold an iPad Pro when shooting tethered. the suction cup will hold on a smooth sirface, but NOT (as you might expect) on a textured surface. The mount is well made and seems sturdy. the suction cup is easily cleaned if it gets dirty and loses suction power. 5

[M12] Delivered on time in only a couple of days, this thing was really easy to set up, I got it to replace a Thunderbolt 2 interface that didn't want to work with my new Dell laptop. Latency is almost completely nonexistent, everything sounds really crisp and clean. It does not ship with a Thunderbolt 3 cable, make sure to order one with it if you don't have one already. 5
