This UHD NDI|HX3 30x Zoom POV Camera from AIDA Imaging provides 4K60 video over HDMI or IP output thanks to its native NDI|HX3 support. Low-latency broadcast signals, power, and data communication can be delivered over a single connection. The camera comes with a pre-installed 30x optical zoom module to capture images up to 150' away.

AIDA Imaging offers this innovative POV camera capable of capturing stunning 4K60 video with an adjustable 30x optical zoom. Pairing this UHD functionality with NDI|HX3 IP streaming compatibility, the UHD-NDI3-X30 camera outputs uncompressed video signals at up to 60 MB/s. Coming pre-loaded with NDI|HX3 support means less cable clutter and installation hassle: video, audio, control, power, and data are all carried over a single CATx cable. Bridging this camera through NDI networking and utilizing the accessible Web UI allows for the creation of an entire video ecosystem, especially when combined with other NDI|HX-compatible devices from AIDA Imaging (available separately). HDMI output with embedded audio is also available.

The UHD-NDI3-X30 is housed in a compact and rugged case suitable for a wide variety of applications. 1/4"-20 female mounting threads are located on both the bottom and top of the housing to provide flexible rigging capabilities, from tripods to truss. The front of the camera features a small tally light to ensure talent is ready to go live. A built-in breakout cable carries the 12 VDC input port and a 3.5mm jack for line-in audio as well as a set of dip switches for firmware adjustment.

[12 VDC] I was worried that it would be difficult to configure, but one single ethernet cable connected to a POE injector and they have power and provide a pristine image to Vimeo's Livestream Studio. It took seconds to go from no signal to live streaming. And learning to set presents and recall presents is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Literally. Push preset, Push a number, and then Push enter. These are well worth the investment. 5

[59-1.98°] We decided to take a chance on these and have found they work flawlessly in a modern IP driven studio. These run perfectly on POE (just one cable for everything) and VMix picks them up instantly. Quality of the image is excellent, low light is good, zoom is very good, autofocus is good (great when you've got your lighting right). We're looking at how to use NDI Bridge to put these in venues around town to bring live shows to the station. Still working out the kinks on that, but, if it works, we'll be order half a dozen or more of these things to spread all over the city. 5

[4.675 lb] We use this in a drum booth for livestreaming in our all-NDI workflow. The image is great, the field of view is perfectly suited for getting an engaging shot in a drum kit setup. The NDI (while HX variety) has been rocksolid and not a single drop in months of using it every single week. We'll be buying some more to use on our keys and floating around to other unique views on our stage. Love the POE support. Data+power all over a single cable. 5

[6.91-214.64mm] This is a very good camera, the preset set up is very easy to do. If you are going to hook this up to a computer, you were going to need some type of capture card and also a audio input source as well. 5

[4.675 lb] We are using these AIDA cameras as an NDI source in a live theater setting, to live-stream shows. The image quality is extremely good, the internal web-server for configuration is easy to use, and being able to simply plug these into any power-over-ethernet port around the theater and have it up and running at a new location is a game-changer. Amazing quality and usability at a relatively low price. 5

The picture quality is great and unlike other micro cameras, you get everything in the package you need to make the camera work. This camera is partnered with the AIDA Imaging PTZ camera all connected to the Black magic ATEM Television Studio HD and 20x20 Video smart hub.
