Transmit, receive, and monitor high-quality wireless video transmissions using the compact Elvid SkyVision 5.5" Wireless HD Monitor RX/TXfrom Elvid. The SkyVision monitor features a 5.5" touchscreen display with 1000 cd/m² brightness, sharp resolution, and vibrant colors for follow focus and director's monitoring applications in any environment.

Its built-in wireless transceiver allows you to send video to iOS tablets, smartphones, or other monitors with the SkyVision app to follow the action from afar from a distance of up to 500'. You can also record your camera's input stream onto a microSD card and easily access the MP4 files via the built-in card slot.

The monitor supports up to 1080p60 video input via its HDMI input, and it features an HDMI loop output that supports viewing your output on a secondary monitor or switch. Built-in firmware provides multiple imaging tools such as scopes, peaking, and markers. Three programmable function buttons provide quick access to your most frequently used tools without interrupting your workflow. Eight built-in LUTs can be used, or you can utilize additional LUTs by adding them via the microSD card slot. Power the monitor all day using its built-in dual L-series battery plate or via its DC input with an optional DC adapter.

[5.1 to 5.8 GHz] I am new to videography and was looking for a monitor for my new and was looking for a monitor for my new Sony FX 30 rig. I didn't really need all the features of the Atomos but wanted things like False Color, Parade waveform, Vector Graph, Brightness Histogram, Auxiliary Focus and the ability to load LUTs. And this thing does it all, and at a price that won't break the bank! Man, I've used it on three shoots so far and I can't tell you how it has helped my video exposures! I turn on the Full Waveform and between the False Color, Parade waveform and Brightness Histogram I can't miss on the exposure! This has got to be one of the best tools I've added to my rig and would absolutely recommended it!! 5

[400 ppi] So far I really like this, very much. I haven't had a lot of time to use it, yet. But, I can say the image brightness, clarity and features are outstanding for what you pay. Build quality seems good, too. 5

[Yes] I am a video production teacher at a high school and also do live broadcasting of sporting events on our campus. We use this piece of equipment to bring in video from the field cameras to our Tricaster for the live stream. The main unit is in the press box and the video quality is great with out any lag. I have cameras that are at least close to 75 yards away with people in the stands and the product works great. I would highly recommend 5

[2x L-Series] Can't say enough great things about this monitor. The brightness, the ease of use, the buttons...it's perfect. Heads up, if you've got an FX30, the display window on the camera will be black once you plug it in. But that hasn't been a problem at all. Highly recommend with the additional purchase of a Magic Arm! 5

[13 W] Very sharp image, excellent customisable tools for exposure, easy to use and you can load your own luts. It also has the ability to select Input Levels between Full and Video. Full is essential when monitoring a log profile from the camera. When in Full mode, the waveform and histogram display the correct luma level pre-lut which is important for estimating correct exposure. This feature is missing in some more expensive monitor brands. 5

[HDMI] The Elvid StudioVision Triple 5 Full HD Rackmount Monitor is an amazing addition to our gear that we take to conferences. We needed something with a low profile and this works perfectly to put on a table or stand so we can see all cameras at once. If you've ever used an Elvid Monitor before the menu system should feel familiar and if you haven't, the menus are laid out well and easy to navigate. You have all the tools like peaking, false color, waveform, LUTS, etc to get the image looking exactly the way you want it to. LAN control is a great option to have but for our purposes, we don't have a use for it yet. I love having the ability to use either HDMI or SDI and it has an in and out which makes this unit very flexible. Viewing angles are good and the monitors are pretty bright. Another option I like is that you can add screen markers and change the ratio. It has pretty much all the options their monitors have which is great. There is also an assignable button on each monitor which is a nice touch. I'm really excited to use this more in the field. [I received this item in exchange for my honest review] 5
