A: The interior diameter is 7 3/16 in. A Profoto grid that fits inside is about 7 1/8 in diameter ( a little less). As for the weight, it's less than a pound ( approx. .6 pounds). It's very light. Some else give you the 7.6 in dia. which is the outside dim.

[Silver] Really well made set of grids. The labeling and design make it really easy and quick to use along with the Zoom Reflector 2. You can quickly change grids while on the move. The bag they come with is perfect. This bag along with the reflector can a little big if you're carrying other items but definitely worth it if you can find the right bag. 5
