[2.805 lb] I use this with the Negative Supply Basic 4x5 Sheet Film Scanning Kit and get great results. I'm able to scan a full 4x5 inch negative WITH the borders, and the images are sharp and free from Newton rings. 5

[2.805 lb] I use these lights for video production and promotional videos in the 3rd world. The intensity control and temperature control make them usable in just about every situation. The lights are very very good and give excellent results. Very good quality overall and very cool running lights. Easy to set up and easy to adjust. The attachment point on the bottom of the aluminum cage is not the greatest but works ok on the light stand. 5
