The AVer IP Conference Speakerphone for Clear Audio Callsfrom AVer IP Conference Speakerphone for Clear Audio Callsis designed for meeting rooms of any size, and it connects to your computer using Bluetooth or USB to interface with popular collaboration apps such as the AVer-certified Zoom. To avoid crowding around one speakerphone or extending to additional rooms, you can daisy-chain the speakerphone with additional speakerphones.

This full-duplex speakerphone is equipped with a powerful speaker and dual omnidirectional mics that pick up voice within 360°, giving you configuration flexibility. There is a 3.5mm audio line input that allows you to connect your phone to the conference to bridge a live call for three-way calling. Other features include advanced noise suppression, smart LED speaker status lights, full-duplex mic/speaker, full-duplex echo cancellation, and a LAN connection for remote access.

It gives you the flexibility of connecting to a computer for a plug and play experience or configuring advanced features such as SIP for dialing into meetings. I use Zoom with a SIP setup and they seamlessly integrate dialing up via SIP and using my computer’s video camera. 5

[4.025 lb] Our company has a boardroom with an 18-seat conference table and room to bring in extra chairs along the perimeter. We use a Chromebox for Meetings setup for video conferencing for our multinational organization. The Chromebox kit included inexpensive speaker/mic pods but they had insufficient coverage and the wiring can't be hidden. We are using two MT503 units that are daisy-chained together. The speaker sound quality is excellent and the active mic system is impressive. Absolute clarity for all parties in the conversation. 5

[4.025 lb] We had a short, wide meeting room where lots of people gather, and people on the road were video-calling into the meetings. With the room as wide and the meetings as chatty as they were, it was hard for remote workers to follow conversations and/or see who was talking at any given time. Additionally, management likes to rearrange the in-room furniture frequently, making in-desk microphones not a workable solution. The 120 lens on this AVer Conference Videobar gets literally every person in the room on screen, and the microphone array is SO much clearer than the microphone solutions we were using before. Even if multiple people are talking over one another, you can hear everyone in the room (and see them) making our remote workers feel so much more like they're actually a part of the discussions. 5
