[Additional] My printer is only a few weeks old and I have only done a few prints. This one product I hope I never have to use. But it sure is nice to know that the company will back the printer up like this. 5

[4-Year ] This was My second DS80 printers and was bought to some extent as a backup. I had a problem with it after just a couple of months. DNP paid shipping both ways and fixed the problem promptly at No Charge. They offer to send an exchange refurbished unit next day air but I had them fix mine since it was so new. Their service is good but out of warranty is expensive. My other printer never given a problem in 1 and 1/2 years and is no longer in warranty so I was surprised to have a problem with the new one. 5
