They staff kept me advised as to when I might expect delivery. When stock did arrive they were quick to ensure order was dispatched. [0.45 lb] This is a sleeve, not a bag. It has a zipper across the top and just over the top corners. It does not zip all the way around, which makes it a little tricky to get your laptop out. However, unlike a typical sleeve, it has a nice handle and pockets inside and outside. It is sort of a hybrid of a sleeve and a bag. Excellent value for the price, and very well constructed. 5
