If you've never used this type of background before here are a few benefits of using this one...

[1x Bag] I love collapsible backgrounds. They are extremely easy to set-up. Just take it out of its storage bag and release it to go into shape. It is like a larger reflector/diffuser in the way it opens and closes. It is very fast to set-up. Since it has 3 Velcro straps, 2 on the sides and one on the top, you can just attach the Velcro straps to light stands or c-stands on either side and/or the top and it is ready to go. Super easy and fast. From my experience, it is also basically wrinkle free which I love. I have not needed to warm up and use a steamer to work out wrinkles because this just pops into place ready to go, which is very convenient. I particularly like the look of this background. The mottled gray color is pretty and looks really good. I love the fact that both sides are slightly different in coloring. One leans more towards blacks and is darker, while the flip side is not as dark and leans toward more of a gray color. I appreciate that versatility and to have options. The build quality is also very good. The material feels strong, and the seams are stitched very well. The Velcro is heavy duty and stitched well too. It has a bendable metal frame, and the frame feels sturdy. But not too sturdy that it is hard to collapse or open. As far as closing it to fit in the bag, that can be a little tricky at first for a background this large. But there are plenty of YouTube videos showing you how to do it easily, and once you learn the proper way to fold it back to fit the storage bag, it is a piece of cake. I also appreciate that it comes with a well-made case. This helps with travel and storage. In my experience, having a case is very important for all equipment if you want to keep it in good shape and prevent damage. So, I'm glad this comes with a case/bag. This is a great background. [5.2 lb] Needed to purchase a background for some corporate headshots that I was doing on location. This back drop was a snap to use. Im 52 and rarely use an assistant so I needed something I could handle. Its slightly cumbersome to fold back up until you learn the trick (thanks you tube!) but once you get the hang of it its pretty great. Renders really nicely in images. Definitely recommend.

[Yes] This is the third collapsible backdrop I bought from Lastolite. They are easy to set up and look great. I love this color.

[Spot Clean] I use this all the time. I wanted a large backdrop so that I could hide all the oddities of a quirky home wall. I use it in tandem with the Lastolite magnetic background it. It's super easy to set up and take down and it gives a professional look to your project. I did need to watch an on-line video to collapse the screen but it became easy. The colors are good. I wish they also had this is in two tones of grey.

[1] 100% worth the cost. You see the quality immediately. Larger than I was expecting. Love the stand with magnetic holder. Only source I ever saw that had the old world colors I was looking for. Perfect!

[1x Bag] This is a lovely and flexible background for 3/4 length portraits to head shots. It gives a classic look to portraits without being distracting. I like that it has two sides although I wish they weren't so similar (maybe one should have been gray or a bluish color). It's easy to set up, but no instructions on how to fold it back up. Fortunately, there are some good videos on YouTube. It's easy once you know the trick. The background is much heavier than I expected, but that also a good thing. Also, I would suggest getting the stand for it with magnetic holders at the top. It makes setting up a breeze. And, it's easy to change the background from portrait to landscape mode.

[1x Bag] Very nice background! Disapointed that I could not use the Impact clamp to hold the background. The metal rim was too big. I would highly recommend instead to use the Lastolite Magnectic Support instead!

[5.2 lb] To fold up this backdrop start with the short side near you. And follow you tube instructions. Much better material than Savage's Earth tone background that can be seen through.
