[0.705 lb] I bought this to use my 80D as a webcam for the Year of Zoom. Works perfectly and no worry about a battery draining while on a call.

[0.705 lb] I do a lot of film and I use the black magic 6K pocket cinema and I have the black magic monitor that goes along with it This was a great way for me to power my monitor to keep up with my camera. I was a little apprehensive at first but it really works it’s well-built and fits snugly in the battery compartment. I would recommend this to anybody that’s either running gun or If you have a v-mount battery looking for a great way to power two devices.

[0.705 lb] This is a great way to run a camera off a v-mount battery or any other battery with a d-tap out. I attached it to my Watson Pro VM-144-MN mini v-mount battery, and it is working flawlessly. The larger batteries with a d-tap last much, much longer than the LP-E6 camera batteries. On a side note, I love the Watson brand batteries. They are great, last long and provide excellent bang for the buck. My v-mount battery lasts all day with my Canon 5D M3. I love that. And if you put your camera on rails, they make mounts for v-mount batteries, so this could be used for a great run and gun set-up. Perfect for long days of shooting or to impress a client with your cool camera rig. It's perfect for long shoots or when the camera needs to run for a long time without the need to change batteries. It is also great for table-tops, match cut shots, stop motion animation shoots or any situation where you can't move the camera or it is difficult to change batteries, like when on a jib. The coiled cable is a great length that stretches out to 24” but coils up nice and neat when you do not need the entire length. My Canon 5d M3 has a little notch on the battery door to pass the cable thru for this dummy battery.  This should be the case for all Canon cameras that use the LP-E6 battery. It was very easy to install. The build quality of this dummy battery is also very impressive. This dummy battery also comes with a built-in voltage regulator to protect everything, which is great. Another added benefit to this dummy battery adapter is having this in your kit as a great emergency back-up for power. I like having that as a nice peace of mind. I'm very happy with this product. Again, this works just as advertised and is a helpful addition to my camera package. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review].

[0.705 lb] It doesn't fit! I'm sure this adapter is wonderful -- that's why I gave it five stars. But I don't know how good it is by way of any actual experience because the plug doesn't fit the CORE SWX POWERBASE EDGE battery I purchased it for! The adapter has the correct plug TYPE -- just the wrong size. I blame CORE SWX for the mix up. I can't find any documentation that tells me the POWERBASE EDGE battery system uses a non-standard plug size for this application. I'm exchanging this adapter for a B&H #COPBECLPE6. Fingers crossed that adapter works on my new battery!

[0.705 lb] This power supply works well with my Canon 6D for studio shooting all day long without worrying about batteries. It should work with any Canon camera that takes a LP-E6 battery. Quality wise, it seems a little light weight, but works great for the price.
