Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will these connectors work on other optech straps?

A: The Op/TECH connections on most of the straps they work together. But there are a few that do not.

Q: 2. Hi there, I have an old camera strap that I would love to put on my Hasselblad c I'm wondering if you could tell me where I can buy the clips/lugs needed to attach my strap to the camera?Thank you!

A: What you need is a OP/TECH USA design A connectors. The easiest way is to buy a OP/TECH USA System Connectors for Super Pro A straps from B&H. Then remove the design A connectors and attach them to your old camera strap.

Q: 3. What are the measurements of the Medium and Small pouches? How small is small exactly?

A: The medium is Length: 6.5-7.5" (16.5-19cm) Width: 5.0-5.5" (12.7-14cm) and the small is Length: 5.0-6.0" (12.7-15.27cm) Width: 4.5-5.0" (11.4-12.7cm).

Q: 4. How does this one compares to the Tamrac N25? I have a 20yo N25 which is great but need a second one and is discontinued, any replacements?

A: This strap is a little thicker and stretches more. It should be more comfortable, especially with heavier equipment.

Q: 5. Will the small pouch work with Leitz 40mm binoculars?

A: The Leica 10x40 Trinovid Classic Binoculars will not fit into the OP/TECH USA Soft Pouch - Bino, Roof Prism Small (Black) BH #OPBPRPSB • MFR #6301112

Q: 6. i need to figure out the size for my binoculars which are Steiners, safaris 10x26, ultrasharps... 4 x43/4 x2 ... should i order a small or medium?

A: I purchased the medium for my 10x42 Zeiss binoculars and, as I recall, the fit was ok, but the design of the pouch was, I thought, really dumb and immediately returned it. Working from memory here, there were a couple of things, but the standout was that the strap went around the pouch which, of course, held the binocs in too tightly if the strap was properly snug, then inches loose when binocs were, after effort, extracted. I'd look for another pouch.

Q: 7. Is this small pouch a good fit for an Ultravid 42 (with eyecups extended)? The large pouch looks much too big.

A: OP/TECH USA Soft Pouch - Bino, Roof Prism Small can fit the Leica Ultra Vid 10x42 binoculars if the eyecups are collapsed. The Medium would fit with the eyecups extended: https://bhpho.to/3O7G7Tz

Q: 8. What size would fit Swarovski 8 x 32 binoculars?

A: Based on the tech specs for these binoculars, this will fit but it is best to actually measure your binoculars. The Soft Pouch Bino Roof Medium fits L 6.5"–7.5" (16,5cm–19cm) x W 5"–5.5" (12,7cm–14cm) while the Soft Pouch Bino Roof Small fits L 5"–6" (12,7cm–15,2cm) x W 4.5"–5" (11,4cm–12,7cm).

Q: 9. Can it be used on Pentax 67ii?

A: Yes, this strap will work on the 67II.

Q: 10. What size would fit Swarovski 8x32 binoculars?

A: I bought the medium Soft Pouch (camo) for my Swarovski 8x32 EL and it fits them adequately but snugly. I would recommend this for protection where you dont want a case to take up a lot of space. I travel a lot and throw these in a day pack or carry-on where I dont want to bring my larger Swarivskis. The mediums are too small for the standard sized bins like the 8.5x42 EL and the 10x42 EL.

[Neoprene/Nylon] I've purchased this same strap for previous cameras and they are still working perfectly after years in the field. This is a quality product. It's comfortable and is the perfect length that you can wear it 'around your neck' when you are making photos. If you need to carry the camera (not making photos) you can put it over one shoulder and across your chest and camera stays against your body but is not in the way.

[0.13 lb] I like a longer neck strap and this one does a great job. One thing that's nice is it has a sort of non slide side to the padded area and one that does slide so if you have a preference one way or the other you are covered.

[Black] I was looking for a comfortable and durable camera strap for my Nikon DLSR with battery grip. Decided to purchase this after reading/watching video reviews and was not disappointed. I like that it's USA-made and has a control stretch to the neoprene material. I also like that the binocular feature means no extra snaps/closures to break/scratch the camera while in the camera bag and its extra long straps to carry across the your body. No logos for the stealth look. For the price, BH Photo had the best as the bino-type straps are quite hard to find elsewhere.

[0.13 lb] I use this strap on all three of my cameras. it is comfortable with the padding and can be adjusted to a sufficient length for use with another camera ( I shoot with two cameras). It provides sufficient length when used when I am wearing heavy clothing in cold weather.

[0.13 lb] I have this camera strap on all three of my cameras. It is low profile and plain black (no company logos). No connectors to worry about coming loose and it dosen't take up to much space in whatever bag you're using. The neck pad is the perfect size. One side is smooth and the other side is a grabby enough texture to keep it on your shoulder. It is very comfortable with long lenses as the neck pad has a slight stretch to it. I tried all shapes and sizes. This strap is just simple and perfect.

[Neoprene/Nylon] I'm a guy who likes to carry my camera around on a sling and straps are never long enough. Capturing Coutures extended model is enough but takes up too much space in the bag. This strap is perfect, it's long enough for carrying the camera to reach hip height like I like. The neoprene pad is very comfortable non-slip and very soft for storage.
Its capacity is more than enough for a professional camera and lens.
The product I've been waiting for a long time!

[0.13 lb] If you want comfort and a strap that is secure and long enough to wear over your neck and shoulder this is it. I use this for a Canon 7D and Big lenses and it is very comfortable. It is the Strap I wish I had on all my gear.

[Black] I've used Op/Tech camera straps on my film cameras in the past. They had quick disconnects on the strap. This time around I wanted something simple with nothing extra to get in my way when i lift the camera to my eye. I really like this strap. It's simple and comfortable thanks to that extra stretch in the neck pad. I bought this strap for a Canon T3i with battery grip. I've walked around for a couple long days with the camera around my neck and this strap distributed the weight nicely. This strap is extra long which comes in handy for people who like to sling their cameras off to their side.
