[10 A] I had been resisting buying a big v-mount kit for a while, mostly because I have other solutions but also because they are so expensive.


When I saw the quad 150wh with charger kit on sale for $1599 I pulled the trigger and honestly couldn't be happier. These are high quality batteries, and the quad charger charges as many as all 4 at the same time which is huge. I use it in my production van, plugged into a Goal Zero Yeti 1400 that's getting 200 watts of solar from the roof. It's a sweet setup and my batteries are always ready to go.

[14.8 VDC] I purchased the Core SWX 98Wh battery about 3 years ago and it is still able to keep a long charge after many charging cycles. I needed another battery since I got a second camera. I have used this battery a few times now and it seems to go forever on a single charge. I usually have a BMPCC 6K along with a 7 monitor and I get about 5 hours of use on a single charge with that setup.

[1.355 lb] I've had these for about a month and used them on a few jobs with no issues at all. This 150 takes about 5-6 hours to charge fully and lasts about 3-4 hours on my Ursa Mini Pro powering camera, 702 monitor and follow focus system.

[5 V, 3 A] I shoot network television so I need equipment that is not going to fail on me.

I've found the 150's battery life to outlast my Anton Bauer, IDX, and Sony batteries.

I use them mostly on my Nanlite Forza 300 HMI's and get over an hour of battery life on the light before I need to switch batteries.

A powerful feature is the LED display telling you how much time is left on the battery. It changes depending on the device you have it attached to.  

If I have the batteries on my HMI it may say around an hour. If I switch it to my Sony F5 it changes to 4 hours, and if you hook up an iPhone to the USB charging port you will get about 12 hours. It also counts down the minutes.

You really can't beat that feature especially when you are doing a live shot or doing an interview that you don't want interrupted by a battery exchange.

[10 A] RED redesigned the mounting plate for V-mount batteries and this battery sits just 1cm too flush to the IO module causing incorrect fitment. Talking about the RED Scarlet-W with V-Lock IO module.

[V-Mount] Very happy with this battery. I'm using it on an URSA Mini 4.6k. I used it for 4.5 hours, and it still had plenty of charge left.

[V-Mount] Based on the product description and reviews I figured this battery was worth a try. I have Anton Bauer chargers and batteries, but needed and extra battery and did not want to have to buy another brand charger. This battery lasts a long time with my Sony F55 and accessories. It also charges nicely on three different Antin Bauer chargers that I own. I am very happy with the construction, features and performance of this battery.

[10 A] Bought 4 of these. One display wouldn’t turn on so I called CoreSWX and they told me how to reset and it worked. Haven’t had another issue since. The batteries hold a decent charge on an URSA Mini Pro as well as a power hungry Alexa Classic, and they recycle within good time on charge. I am happy so far, and considering 2 more...

[V-Mount] Had great experience with these - this is the second round of purchases.

[5 V, 3 A] Bought this for my RED Epic and I couldn't be more impressed with the battery's performance. It is able to handle the camera and accessories with rock solid performance. Lasts almost 2 hours before a battery change. As my 98's wear out I will be sure to continued to replace them with the 150's.
