[0.815 lb] A little different opening procedure but still very easy. Well made and just the right size for mirrorless Sony gear.

[0.815 lb] Like many (most!) photographers, I own (too) many bags. I am perpetually in search of the perfect bag to carry accessories like a laptop, cables, chargers, etc. when I travel with the camera and lenses in a separate carry-on purpose-built bag. I carry on EVERYTHING I need to do a shoot in the event my checked luggage is delayed or, shudder!, lost. I sometimes wish I could be a cool as many cinema folks who check their gear and save their spines!

In short: I will probably sell most of my super-nice – and expensive, leather bags I use to carry my Leica gear in favor of the Gura Gear Chobe 16 v2. It is incredibly well thought-out and does exactly what I need it to do, transport accessories in a way that they are organized and findable at quick notice.

There are two small issues I would like to see addressed: many companies provide a flap on one of the carry handles that lets one 'lock' both together and keep the shoulder strap from flopping on the floor. I have bought a neoprene pad with hook & loop to do this but it is really too thick. A thin leather piece with button snap would be perfect.

The other, less important issue, is I would like to see the top rim of the back luggage handle pass-thru have a color. It looks like a pocket and while I have gotten used to it not being such, I did lose my expensive ear buds when I first got the bag. In a hurry I pushed them into the space mindlessly thinking it was a pocket. Of course, someone else is now wearing them.

[0.815 lb] This was a great addition for a “personal item” carry on to the plane. It carry’s not only my 14” MacBook Pro laptop but all of my camera connection cables, external drives, extra batteries , wireless camera remotes, and 2 sets of wireless headsets and remote transmitters for on the plane. It fits at my feat so my camera bag can be in the overhead.

[Gray] I had wanted this bag for a long time and finally found it on sale for Christmas. I have the 2 smaller ones and they serve their purpose. This one does as well. I am able to carry a 600mm f/4 without the lens hood on 1 side and whatever else I need on the other. I haven't tried the 800mm f/5.6 but it is supposed to work as well. It is a large case but lightweight and manageable. Now I can finally go places with my 600mm lens. You can use the top compartments for batteries and cards as well as hard drives. I have wanted this pack for a long time and finally decided to go for it.

[Gray] I already have the Kiboko 30 which is a really useful bag which I am able to carry on my back (thank goodness for the waist strap - I am a small senior citizen). It holds my 400 lens & my 70-200 lens & one camera. This is where the Xhone 2.0 comes in - this small bag holds my other 100-400 lens, TC & camera plus all the little things I need. It also holds my laptop & my travel documents.

I really like Gura products.

[0.815 lb] This is one very cool, very light, well designed bag! I have been searching for a lightweight, flexible-use, medium sized camera bag for a long time, and have tried several different brands and designs over the years. I saw the Gura backpack in use on a recent workshop and was impressed with the functionality and design, so I started there on my most recent search. I don't like wearing backpacks, so was happy to find this Chobe 16. I viewed a couple of reviews including a very helpful one by Joshua Holko on Gura's website before ordering the bag and wide liner. When the items arrived I couldn't believe how many different ways the bag could be loaded and used. Besides all the pockets and the very handy slot to slide the bag over your luggage, I particularly like that the bag sits squarely and doesn't fall over while open. It will function beautifully as my briefcase, my personal carry-on while flying (with or without camera gear!), and my gear bag out on shoots. I'm very pleased with this bag and highly recommend it!

[0.815 lb] I have two other Kiboko bags. I knew this would be the same great quality and small enough to fit under Airline seats.
