Perhaps you could use the Auray HPC-45BK Disposable Over-Ear Headphone Covers - 50 Pairs, Black (B&H # AUHPC45BK) which fit over ear cushions with a diameter of up to 4.5" (114.3mm). We have not tested them with the PodMic to confirm compatibility, but I think they may do the job since the PodMic is an end-address microphone.
