The assembly kit directly mounts to your cage or rig using two captive screws.
Use it with SnapRig camera cages for a more convenient experience.
The V-shaped wedge securely attaches to your accessory, or it can substitute for the original V-lock of the V-mount battery.
The wedge inserts into the base for a secure fit and can be quickly unmounted using the quick release lever.

A: Only the D-tap port remains on when the you press the power button to turned off the battery. The rest of the port turns off with the battery pack LCD.

A: We are only aware that Proaim Telescopic Bazooka would work with ProAims dollys.

A: Yes, the Proaim Hard Mount Kit for Steadicam–Type Arm should included a carton case.

Q: 6. How much power can the 5V USB port deliver (in Watts or Amps)?

A: Core SWX does not list how many amps this battery outputs for the USB connection. However their Nano-U98 has a 5V USB as well which they list as 3 Amps. We believe the USB on this will offers a similar strength of power.

Q: 7. Is this pedestal pneumatic or weight assisted? How easy is it to raise and lower with a camera on it?

A: The Proaim Telescopic Bazooka with Quick Lock Lever (27 to 42") (B&H# PRBZ28600) is manually operated. While it does not have any sort of pneumatic or spring-based assistance, it is light enough that you are not likely to need that unless your camera rig is especially unusually heavy. Besides your camera rig, only the inside tube needs to be raised, and that weighs less than five (5) pounds.

A: no it will not be compatible with the Ronin S

A: The v-mount plate of the NewTek TriCaster Mini Advanced HD-4 can be mounted to the rod block so that the battery is aligned vertically or horizontally, but it can not be mounted parallel to the 15mm support rods.

[1.69 oz / 48 g] It's overpriced, yes. You could get a smallrig and be 98% as happy I think. But this is just 2% more thoughtful in the ergonomics and engineering of it and so when I bought a couple mini D-tap batteries I decided to get this along with it, and they pair together perfectly. So I'd say, for video work, if you know you're going to use it a lot, then get it, and cry once. 5

[1.69 oz / 48 g] This mini V-Mount plate proved to be the perfect accessory I had been searching for to unlock my Canon R5C. It is so small that I can keep it mounted to my cage at all times without interfering with any buttons or operation of the camera in any way. I love being able to quickly get a v mount on my rig without having to use any rails or bulky add ons. It also does a great job of keeping the battery securely in place and let's you quickly get it on and off. 5
