This Impact 6" Extension Arm with Spigot for Super Clampby Impact 6" Extension Arm with Spigot for Super Clampis an ideal solution for mounting lights and accessories to uprights while saving floor space. The arm features a 5/8" receiver and a removable double-ended spigot with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 male threads. " Which flex arm is included in the kit, the BHE-102 or BHE-108?

Q: 5. What is the reasoning behind using different metal on the fixture ends? The Impact BHE-108 Is brass and the Impact BHE-108S Is steel. I would assume that steel is the strongest and most durable material, so why use brass - is it just a personal choice of aesthetics - where is there a more sound reason?

A: Brass is less likely to bind and would be easier to take apart. But yes steel would be a bit stronger.

[0.45 lb] I've bought some of these that were less sturdy, and the clamp didn't seem to prevent some wobble. I wish Impact would make one a little longer, but if they do I haven't been able to find it. I have purchased several Impact products recently, and all have been very good. That's how brand loyalty is made. 5
