Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Has anyone tried this pack with a 4x5 camera and a few lenses, light meter and holders?

A: I think it would be too small, I would recommend the next size up.

Q: 2. Waist/Hip Belt? Capacity (in liters)?

A: The Brevite Jumper Photo Backpack volume is 18 liters, and would include shoulder straps. It would not have a hip belt.

Q: 3. What can fit in the front of the bags main zipper compartment? It states in the description that it has two zippered panels which I see, but how deep is that pocket and what can it hold?

A: The outside front pocket has one zipper. As Mindshift says. Front zippered pocket fits 6 liters of extra gear to extend your adventure. The inside lid has two zippers. They are for batteries, cards, filters and other accessories. You can see images of the pockets on the outside and inside of the lid here: https://bit.ly/2oOYMdD.

Q: 4. What are the internal dimensions?

A: The internal dimensions of the Brevite The Runner Camera Backpack (Triple Black) are 15 x 9.5 x 4.5".

Q: 5. Do you have interior dimensions please?

A: According to the manufacturer, the internal dimensions are as follows: 8"H x 10"W x 5.5"D.

Q: 6. What is the weight of this backpack?

Q: 7. Can this bag be configured to carry to cameras with lenses attached, specifically Nikon Z7II with 100-400 plus Z5with 24-200?

A: MindShift Gear TrailScape 18L Backpack can be configured to carry the Nikon Z7 II with the Nikon NIKKOR Z 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 VR S Lens attached and the Nikon Z5 with the Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-200mm f/4-6.3 VR Lens attached.

Q: 8. Will it hold a Canon 5D Mark IV and lense. Do you know of it will fit under seat on airplane?

A: The internal dimensions of the Brevite The Runner Camera Backpack are 15 x 9.5 x 4.5", so it will fit a 5D Mark IV and a lens, but it would depend on which lens you are using specifically. The external dimensions are 17 x 11 x 5.5", which qualifies for under-the-seat storage for most major airlines.

Q: 9. Where is this bag made?

A: The Brevite Jumper Photo Backpack (Triple Black) country of origin is Vietnam.

Q: 10. Is this intended for mirrorless cameras, or can it carry a Nikon D810 or D500 with an L-bracket on? Either way, the listed interior depth of 2.1 must be a mistake. Please advise. Thanks.

A: This backpack will definitely fit your Nikon equipment. Some of the product photos show the bag filled with pro Nikon lenses and a D810.

[Zipper] The construction and materials are much better than I expected. It would be considered a rather high quality bag if it were just a normal school bag. As a camera bag, it's not the most durable thing out there, but it's more than enough to carry gear around on vacation days and simple photoshoots.

This backpack is kind of thin, so it's not meant for really bulky gear like FF DSLR kits. Good for mirrorless kits with a body and one or two smaller primes or F4 zooms. The thinness helps it look like a regular backpack, so it's actually a pro.

[Yes] Exactly what I was looking for! Light and compact enough for every day (no camera) use , yet fits ALL my equipment when needed.
Nikon Z6ii with grip; Z 24-70 F2.8; AF-S 70-200 F2.8 EL with FTZ adapter attached; flash; Godox Propack - all that fits together!
Highly recommend!

[1.855 lb] The backpack is small enough to fit under an airplane seat. I was able to fit OM-1 with TC1.4 + 300/f attached, a second camera (E-M1.3), PL200/2.8 (+TC1.4), 14 UL laptop, 10.5 iPad, with all the necessary battery chargers, power adapters, connectors/cables and other small accessories in the pack. It makes a great companion, as a personal item, for a carry-on only trip.

[Yes] I switched from a much cheaper bag and the difference is night and day. All the zippers open more smoothly, the material of the bag has the perfect amount of give to stretch to your needs while gently holding all your gear in place. The physical dimensions of this bag are smaller in every way than my previous bag, yet it holds more. There is no jostling around of gear inside, everything feels protected. The straps are comfortable and wrap around my shoulders in a way that makes everything feel lighter. I'm glad I made the switch.

[Yes] I own a zillion bags, mostly from camera specialists such as Wandrd, Vanguard, ThinkTank and others. This isn't in that class, but I promise you, it's a handy and fun bag. It holds a 100-400 zoom with full frame mirrorless attached (a tight fit, but it DOES work), a 2x tele, and a macro lens. You can also add some lens wipes, personal items, and a sweater if you need one. And there is also a laptop sleeve. The bag is comfortable to wear and attractive to look at. It's a great bag for a local trip to the zoo, botanical garden or some easy portraiture. For longer trips, it's a very useful backup bag (Lizzie Peirce uses it that way) for quick day trips into town or street photography. Highly recommend it.

[1.855 lb] while still having a camera backpack, the design looks discrete enough to pass as a regular backpack
