[8 lb] Well designed and easy to use.� I would recommend the addition of more washers to use as spacers.� I had to get about 12 more for my TV to prevent the screws from the bracket to the TV from going too deep.

[8 lb] This is my second Sanus wall mount and my second installation DYI. Both were the ML11. I also downloaded the free Sanus wall mount application for iPad, which helped a great deal. I believe the same information is available online. Your greatest challenge will be to locate your wall studs accurately, and to measure the location that the back plate will be hung with good accuracy. After that, installing the bolts to hold the back plate is easy enough, but you may want an allen wrench that fits the bolt to give it that last turn or two in case your power screwdriver doesn't put it all the way in (which can be a little difficult because there's a fair pit of power needed to finish the screw). All in all, no real issues getting this up and running and it works quite well once installed. A nice product. Recommended.

[32 x 8 x 2.6"] I was worried I wouldn't be able to plug in cables but I can get to everything behind my tv on the side (HDMI cables) without taking it down.

[Landscape] This is an excellent slim mount for your flat panel tv. Comes with all the needed hardware to put it on the wall. I had it up in a half hour with no trouble at all. My TV is a Sony 46. It is a 68lb Monster but it just hangs on the wall with no trouble at all. Of course, you have to make sure you screw it into the studs. I like the flip up ability that this mount has. Pull two little cords hanging just beneath the bottom of the mount and the bottom of the TV can be pulled away from the wall. Two braces flip out and keep the bottom of the TV about 4-5 away from the wall so you can access the cord jacks. I would recommend it to any looking for a flat mount.

[Landscape] How I use the product: I use it to keep my TV on the wall. Things that are great about it: It swings out to allow access to the cables.Not so great: The kit comes with several different length spacers so you can select how far from the wall you want your TV, but it doesn't come with enough different length screws for each size spacer. For the ones I wanted to use, I had to cut four screws that were too long. This unit is worth the $I paid for it ...

[Landscape] I own two of these. One unit was installed for a Sony XBR55 and one for an XBR85. Cable route placement on the wall is key ahead of hanging a TV with this slim mount. You’ll want to tighten tilt tensions ahead before installing larger TVs. The extra weight can cause a sag. I’d buy a third one.

[Landscape] I was always worried my TV would come crashing off the wall. The fixed mount we received was easy to install and the TV is still on the wall! Kit comes with enough hadware to install on amy type of wall. We live in an older home with plaster walls, so the installation did not hit any studs. Still went fine!

I was able to input my TV model number and distance I wanted the center/top/bottom of the TV from the floor, and the Sanus website gave me the exact specs on where to place the wall mount. Fabulous experience.

[Landscape] Actually ordered the wrong type of mount, called and returned fixed mount for tilt mount. Transaction was smooth and product return was quick. Item as described.

[8 lb] The SANUS VLT16-B1, keeps my 65 Q90R less than 1 off the wall. It was easy to install, and hide the single cable.

To easily access cables (for installation or replacement) all you need to do is pull down 2 hidden lines (one on each bracket) to put the VLT16 into a way that allows easy access the cables.

The VLT16 has a tilt for the mounted TV of 0 / -10, so you can easily tilt the TV down (not up), to easily eliminate glare.

After mounting the TV, if you need to move it to the Left or Right to center it better, all you need to do is slide your TV in the right direction.


One other important thing is that it's UL (Underwriters Laboratories) Listed, which means it's gone under heavy testing by the UL, to ensure the safety of the Wall Mount. The UL has it Listed in both the US & Canada.
