Capture license plates of moving vehicles day and night with the white Speco HLPR1TW 2MP Outdoor HD-TVI License Plate Camerafrom Speco Technologies. This unit captures license plates of vehicles traveling at up to 30 mph. It uses a 1/2.9" progressive scan Sony sensor to transit 1080p resolution video at 30 fps. Forty-two IR LEDs provide up to 50' of night vision. The camera's 9-22mm motorized varifocal lens delivers a 32 to 14° horizontal field of view. HD-TVI, HD-CVI, AHD, and CVBS signal outputs are supported. An OSD menu simplifies navigating the camera's settings via a built-in joystick.

This NDAA-compliant camera is housed in an IP66-rated enclosure for safe outdoor use. A junction box is included for cable management.

[1/3"-Type CMOS] I needed to replace an existing camera. I needed a camera to accept a 5-50mm lens and a camera to accept 24VAC power. So far the camera is working well and as a bonus I have a better image using TVI 1080p instead of CVBS 960H. 5

[1/3"-Type CMOS] This unit provides small compact installation with HD quality picture. Question on unit was the bright red light situated at the 6 o'clock position. Attempt to reach vendor support was not successful to obtain answer. End result is music while on hold. No one pick's up. After 4 attempts over two days and holding for 48 minutes, I tried to go through the Sales group. They picked up right away and asked for details and return contact information. Waiting for their return call. Hikvision Support must correct this situation. 5

[2.905 lb] I hooked this up in a shop ~ 650’+ from my house. I supplied 12v at shop & ran video signal +/- 650’ over 1 pair on a cat5e cable to the receiver in my house. The signal was played over a Sony 65” 4K tv. Stunning quality, color, & definition. I’m building a system for fits my needs for 1/4 of price quoted for an IP NVR system to cover the 650’ distance. DVR is in home with advanced alarm system, so burglars can’t break into my shop, steal, & leave with the evidence. 5

[Yes] Cameras work great have problem with cameras making connection with I phone had wi fi checked called Speco up no one can tell me why when I shut the phone off then turn it back on the cameras work Then when I go to check later all I get are circles rotating with no connection 5

[9 to 22mm] Always quality products and service from Axis and B&H. This fixed position cam is perfect for areas where you don't need a PTZ. The lens FOV is manually adjustable, providing a wide shot down to a normal shot. I actually prefer the image quality and lens adjustments on this fixed cam more than its PTZ counterparts. 5
