[Yes] Picture should say it all. Works great with your favorite earbuds or cans. Plug on mic wireless units are now 30 buck and up on Amazon. I figure this approach saved me at least 400 bucks 5

[0.15 lb] High quality and no problems from the ones I bought several years ago, just had more needs come up. Handy for interconnects with smaller mixers and certain brands with 1/4' balanced outputs that need to go into powered speakers or amps with XLR input jacks. No need to buy special cables just XLR male adapter to convert one XLR end into a 1/4. When connecting outboard compressors, or eq's can use the similar XLR female adapter part. Or convert an entire XLR cable to a TRS cable with both. Swiss army knife usability. 5
