Monitor two different views in an outdoor area from a single device with the Axis P4705-PLVE 2MP Outdoor Dual-Sensor Dome Camera Night Visionfrom Axis Communications. This dual-sensor camera uses two 1/2.8" progressive scan RGB CMOS sensors to capture 1080p resolution video per sensor at up to 60 fps, for a total resolution of 4MP. IR LEDs provide up to 50' of night vision illumination in a full 360°. The camera is equipped with two 3.3-8.1mm varifocal lenses that each provide a 107 to 39° horizontal field of view. The P4705-PLVE accepts microSD/SDHC/SDXC cards (available separately). Integrated PoE technology simplifies connectivity by transferring data and power through a single cable.

This dual-sensor camera complies with ONVIF profiles G, M, S, and T, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance devices. It is housed in an IP67-, NEMA 4X-, and IK10-rated enclosure that is suitable for outdoor use in areas at risk of vandalism.

[Yes] After 7 years Axis finally came out with an upgrade to the M1065. Improvements in all functions of the camera. The image is brighter and sharper even though the maximum resolution is still 1920x1080. With upgraded CPU and memory the camera can run the latest firmware updates with all the added features. Use cameras with Axis Companion security software. Because of the software integration it is worth the extra expense. The default camera has no WiFi or power supply, powered by POE ($300). The wireless/POE kit (Axis TM1901) is another $70. The image shows the camera mounted on an Axis mount that is an additional cost. Installed 4 of these cameras with no issues wired or wireless. 5

[Yes] If you've never worked with Axis cameras, this one will blow your mind! I can see a ladder in the bushes at 2800ft. I can see a tree outlined perfectly on the horizon at over 6 miles! The night vision is incredible, like nothing I've ever seen in any home system. PTZ movement is accurate and fast... just click where you want it to move to and it centers on that point instantly. This is a next level camera. What can you expect from the company that invented the IP camera system? No subscription, the Companion app is free and easy to use. Network setup was simple and when I placed it on another network, I did not lose connectivity or have to change a thing. It comes with quite a few free Axis apps for different uses. Easy enough to understand by simply exploring the software. I felt good about spending my clients money at B&H. My suppliers are a direct reflection of me and my company and I'm glad to have them in my corner. This camera is phase 1 of an ambitious project that will involve funding from state and federal agencies, so it was VERY important that this went smooth... and it did. Thank you B&H and buckle up because when we receive approval, you'll be loading trucks full of product! 5

[NAS] I bought two of these to replace some aging dome cameras I have outside my home. I must say the picture is excellent. At night I have driveway lights that come on automatically so the camera never uses its night vision, but the picture is phenomenal with WDR compared to the old cameras they replaced. Very happy. 5
