Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is this one roll of 100' or are there multiple rolls that add up to 100'?

A: Its one continuous roll of film 100 feet long, you can cut it to any length you need for your cassettes.

Q: 2. For scanning with a flat bed scanner, will the developed film lay flat?

A: Depending on the scanner, there is usually a guide that will hold Kentmere Pan 100 Black & White Negative Film (120 Roll Film) flat for scanning.

Q: 3. Can this be used on a Pony 828?

A: Yes. This film can be used in the Kodak Pony 828 Camera.

Q: 4. How does it handle being pushed 1 to 2 stops?

A: I have pushed this film to 12800 ISO using stand technique in D-76 for close to an hour. The grain was heavy and very high in contrast, but it did not fog. It pushes quite well. Not bad for low end film.

Q: 5. Can I unspool and load in 126 cartridges?

A: Because 126 film is smaller than 828, you cannot respool the 828 film into a 126 cartridge.

Q: 6. Will this film work in my old Kodak bantam f/4.5? I also don't know how to develop it or any other films in this camera

A: The Film for Classics Pan 400 Black and White Negative Film (828 Roll Film) is compatible with the Kodak Bantam f/4.5 camera. The Darkroom does process 828 films. Here is their website: https://thedarkroom.com/film-formats/828-film/.

Q: 7. I have a brownie Target six 16 will this film fit that camera? I would really like to try out this old camera!

A: I'm sorry, no, the Six 16 takes 616 film.

Q: 8. Is there a specific developer (e.g. D-76) that is suggested for this film?

A: There is no specific developer recommended. Any standard developer such Kodak D76 (that you mentioned) or HC110 or Ilford Ilfosol will work well.

Q: 9. Can I use directly this 828 film with my Kodak 35 ?

A: No, it is not compatible.

Q: 10. is this for a pony 828 camera?

A: Yes, this is 828 size film. the Kodak Pony was made in two size, 828 and 135. Be sure you have the Pony 828 and if so, this film will work for you.

[828] I recently acquired a Bell & Howell 127 Electric Eye camera and I was intrigued enough by the camera to actually shoot it instead of simply displaying the camera on.a shelf. The fi'm produced very good images--with enough contrast and grain small enough to miss. I will be shooting more of this film in the future.

[0.02 lb] I've lost count of all the rolls of 828 film I've purchased from B&H over the years. A lot. Each roll is perfect. Fresh and trouble free to use in my Kodak Bantam Special camera. These hand-loaded film spools are finely crafted, you will be very happy with their use.
