The outer walls are not sewn closed on the bottom edge, so you can remove the foam, so, physically, it's possible to fit two of these in an F1X by removing the foam inserts and folding the cloth over itself--not a good idea. Personally, think there are more useful inserts than this one or, instead of this insert, use Domke wraps. My insert preference is the J-Series Main Compartment Insert, Item #720-2JM.
