Get assistance setting up your Vizrt Product Commissioning | Streamline Setup & Integrationproduct with professional Product Commissioning. This commissioning agreement provides a six-month window for installing a NewTek product with trained engineers to assist with proper cabling, network setup, software setup, and accessory setup for your NewTek device or devices.

The NewTek Field Support Group will travel to your facility, scheduled with at least three weeks notice. Product Commissioning is taxable in some areas, and travel expenses are not included. Contact ntps@newtek.com for scheduling and information.

A: The Vizrt TriCaster TC410 Plus is dante capable. However it does require a Dante Virtual Soundcard license from Audinate (sold separately) Audinate Dante Virtual Soundcard Software Token BH #AUDVSTKRES

A: Yes, that comes with software, Installation CD with PhotoCapture 360 Software and User Guide, Photography Tips.

Q: 4. I have a Sony a7R4. Is this compatible with this is can I use the Built-in 3.5mm jack for triggering remote shutter release?

A: No, the Ortery PhotoCapture 360 Turntable for Product Photography software is not compatible with the Sony A7R 4.

Q: 5. Can't turntable control be done with an external controller rather than software?

A: The Ortery PhotoCapture 360XL Turntable for Product Photography is being used for professional product photography and using trigger system for Canon or Nikon via 3.5 jack for trigger cable, additional software available.

Q: 6. Will this work with Fuji medium format cameras?

A: This will not work with Fuji. Fuji does not provide an SDK (software developers kit) capable of controlling the camera. Here is a current list of our compatible cameras.

Q: 7. is it possible to connect multiple cameras at the same time to this machine?

A: Unfortunately, this turntable can only be connected to one camera at a time.

Q: 8. Will this software run on Mac OS 10.13.6 High Sierra?

A: This BH #ORPC360 can be used with MacOS 10.13 High Sierra.

Q: 9. How many camera inputs does this switcher have?

A: This will have 4 BNC (HD-SDI / SD-SDI) inputs and you also have 8 RJ45 inputs for NDI sources.

Q: 10. Will this work with Capture One 10 software?

A: The Ortery PhotoCapture 360L Product Photography Turntable comes with its own software for controlling image capture with compatible Canon and Nikon digital cameras as well as synchronizing turntable movement to enable the efficient capture and creation of 360 degree product views. Capture One 10 software cannot directly control the movement of the PhotoCapture 360L turntable.

I bought this and put a 48 BoomBox on it. I was concerned that the weight of the softbox would be too much, but the fears were unfounded. This light is solidly made and provides a LOT of light (check the lux ratings. Also, I had no problem with fan noise; it's very quiet. 5

If you have a Tricaster, these are the way to go! We have both Birddog converters and Spark I/O's, and the Spark I/O's always sync on a boot up where as the birddogs do not. 5

I purchased the Mini4k in August of 2020, along with two additional BirdDog Flex 4k Inputs. I had a long learning curve, because I had never used TriCaster before, and also because I had never dealt with networks or NDI before. This little box is amazing, I love it. It has limitations, but the bottom line is that it is super powerful and it is a luxury to have so many feature built in that simply work. A real sleeper. Not sure why it isn't super popular. The audio card died on mine, but it is so easy to integrate a USB audio interface, NDI or Dante, it's not really a big deal. Vizrt continues to support and upgrade the software, so that is a real plus. 5

Even our electrician was amazed and pleased at the quality and design of this superb unit. He talked about getting one for his parents home. It was installed in less than two hours. Unobtrusive and clean design. The knockouts in the box allow for installation options. All this and excellent service from B&H. 5

I bought this so I could hit record/play/stop in my DAW easily while playing guitar/drums. Once I got the drivers installed it works flawlessly. It has the added benefit of moving up or down in the track list which is nice for some limited hands-free DAW operation. It also has tons of presets I've never used which probably add useful features but I haven't bothered with all that yet. Build quality is most excellent. Top notch. Solid metal with plastic buttons roughly identical to the Boss multi-effects pedals. Having said that, I am nervous about accidentally stepping on that jog wheel. 5 stars since I can't think of any reason to deduct points for anything. 5

As instructions recommends, have it installed by a qualified electrician! By Ontario electric code (Canada) you cannot make wire connections inside the electrical panel! So DIY videos are not applicable in this case. Electrician took 2.5 hours to install. Moved my fridge, gas furnace, and lights / wifi to the switch. Very happy. 5
