A: Yes it does. 25" from tip to tip.

Q: 2. I can't fold up the umbrella, with the black cover on, without the black cover's metal tips falling off of the umbrella's ribs' tips. How does one keep the metal tips of the black cover on the umbrella's ribs' tips when folding the umbrella?

A: It6 sounds like the cap may be strip. I would contact B&H for a replacement. I haven't had that problem with these

Q: 3. Can anyone suggest a stand for this reflector?

A: This is what I use, It works not only as a stand for the eyelighter but also works as an excellent background lighter which easily holds a monolight or a speed light. Q: 4. Is the stand mount for the eyelighter adjustable front to back along it's pole? I need to clear a studio stand and having it stuck in the dead center position will conflict with the stand.

A: No it is not adjustable it's in a fixed position. Just so everyone knows you have to provide your own light stand for the eyelighter.

Q: 5. Do these have solid center rods?

A: The rod is not solid.

Q: 6. How well does this work with a single speedlight?

A: A single speedlight will fill most of the umbrella as long as the zoom on the speedlight is set wide (24mm is sufficient) and the speedlight is about 8-12 inches from the end of the umbrella shaft.

Q: 7. How do they compare to Profoto versions?

A: The Profoto is a stronger build but both are very good deep umbrellas that deliver excellent results.

Q: 8. It doesn't actually say its parabolic, its it average and not so shallow umbrella, but it is not a deep parabolic, correct? I am comparing it to Godox deep parabolic umbrella, and Godox is winning!

A: A parabola is just a U-shape, and you can see the U shape from the side of this umbrella. It is not a deep parabolic umbrella, however.

Q: 9. What are folded dimensions? In a carry case? How portable is it?

A: The included soft carrying case is a very manageable size, and it's extremely light. The case is 3 feet long, about 8 inches wide, and about 3-4 inches tall. It won't fit in a suitcase, but is super easy to carry otherwise.

[4.195 lb] This backdrop is a great size and a great material. I used to use a cloth/cotton/who-knows-what backdrop and the struggle with wrinkles and see-through was so time-consuming. This material is soft, wrinkle-free and there's plenty of it to be had. 5

[Polyester] Worked well and really helped me get a clean black backdrop. When I first hung it, there were obvious creases and folds from it being packaged, but with a fabric steamer I was quickly able to get a smooth backdrop. 5

[1x Bag] In my studio I have always shot with a gray background. For some reason I shied away from any other color. Not anymore. The white background is more versatile. Depending upon how I light it, It can go from dark gray to pure white. Thank goodness it's washable. I love it. 5

[4.195 lb] I was really happy to find this. Perfect size for hanging on a cross bar. Started using it before I even washed it, I expect to like it even more minus the slight wrinkles from being packed and shipped. 5

[1] I usually take a 103" paper roll on location for groups. What a pain, it requires two trips from the car, and I ruined one roll. I have been using the Wescott X-drop for headshots and like that fabric so when I saw that you can get a large backdrop in the same fabric I bought it. Used it on a recent shoot. With stretch clamps it was wrinkle free using my backdrop stand. Images came out great. Now I wonder if I could use two xdrop backdrop stands I can condense my on location kit even further?! 5

[Polyester] I purchased this background in white several years ago and just purchased gray. Like other Westcott products that I own, these are well made. The quality of fabric is nice and I find that the backdrop really is wrinkle resistant when pulled taut and clamped. I usually use a little Downy Wrinkle release spray too, once the backdrop has been hung, which helps illuminate any small wrinkles. I've washed my white backdrop several times and it washes up well. The gray is lighter than pictured but not dramatically. I would call it medium gray. 5

[1x Bag] This is a good white background. It works well for shooting talking heads. It's plenty long enough and just wide enough. It has a solid pocket for the rod, hangs well and gives you a nice rounded cyc curve. It came in a sealed plastic bag, inside a cloth, drawstring bag. Yet, when we opened it, there were big patches of dirt in several spots, like someone has dragged it on a dirty floor before packing it, and it was highly wrinkled. We have washed it, re-hung it and steamed out the wrinkles and it works fine. Just be aware that you may have to at least do the steaming before you can use it out of the box (bag). 5
