[40 x 3 x 2"] I just got my ratrig v35.... its slides flawlessly... its a manfrotto killer..... i only saw a design flaw...when u purchase the slider without leg.. u cant use it on flat surface you need to elevate one side coz it will not be balance because of the metal plate on the bottom middle part, which has the thread on it... how i wish they could have design the green plastic bigger covering both edges that levels the metal plate at the bottom.. but all in all for 89$ its worth it..

[2.4" (60 mm)] I've been putting off purchasing a new slider because I hadn't found the right fit yet. I've used the Edelkrone slider plus numerous times and although it's smooth, it's too bulky and heavy to lug around an all day event or wedding for 10 hours. Plus, it bows at the ends of a shot tilting the horizon. I've also looked into the Edelkrone slider One which is the portable 6 slider. Not smooth at all and needs a bit more rail to get a decent shot. PROS I like to have my slider basically live on my tripod so it has to be lightweight and portable but also durable which is what this is. It's butter smooth and the carriage doesn't rock back and forth on the rails like some other sliders i've used. All in all, if you're like me and you want something that fits between your sticks and the tripod head to give you a slider shot at any moment this is your slider. Barely adds weight to your set up and is the perfect length so you're not knocking children in the head mistakenly or getting stuck in doorways CONS -Took FOREVER to ship as it was on back-order and the manufacturer wasn't very helpful. - Almost too smooth at times. There isn't much adjusting the friction to you have to get used to the faster slide and practice slowing down the shot

[39.4" (1 m)] This slider is SUPER great for the price. The rails are smooth as butter and the length is great. If you're creative and know how to use tight shots well, the length of this slider is well more than enough to get the job done.

[39.4" (1 m)] Wow! What a great slider. Excellent construction, smooth 8 ball bearing 4 wheeled carriage. Perfect 24 size for mounting on a tripod and doing 6-8 second slider moves on location. Unique in that the legs are sold as a separate kit- I don't need them as I use tripod- saves $45! Compares with other sliders at several times the price and blows away the other sub-$200 sliders. Only cons: the carriage lock is a thumb-screw with a plastic tip, does the job but no frills. Also, the carriage has a 1/4 camera screw, you need an upsize adapter to mount a tripod head on it, which is no big deal. They even have an optional motor kit- though unnecessary for a short rail slider. For shots around town it's an easy to pack slider, quick to put on tripod and grab slider movement anywhere.

[40 x 3 x 2"] Simple and easy to use, it fits in my camera bag , I am able to bring it to any live event without being obtrusive. I mainly shoot weddings, so bringing a 39 slider with me it just not practical. I am able to leave the slider on the tripod for a duration of a shoot. The feet must be purchased separately. The slider has 1/4 and 1/8 threads, and appears to be well crafted with sturdy material, a good buy at $89.
