[Grip Head] I'm so impressed with this, I will never buy a light-weight, low capacity light-stand again. All parts are made very well on this heavy-duty, steel C-stand. With dual grip-heads, I was able to mount both a light with soft-box and a reflector on an additional extension / reflector-holder arm, all well within capacity. The large rubber grip made it easy to move the whole package. The spring cushion is impressive and nice when you have a large near-capacity package. 5

[Yes] Very robust stand that will put up with a fair amount of weight, I love the spring loaded sections that will not allow the section to have a hard stop. Ideal for holding a backdrop cyclorama. 5
