[Aluminum] Product is perfect solution to never having to rebalance your gimbal with you favorite lens/body setup! Works just as good as the manfroto plates at half the price and a way smaller footprint (button is smaller than the switch on manfroto) I noticed quality the second I opened the package! [0.21 lb] I love these quick release plates! They allow me to switch between my different tripods, overhead mounts, and various set ups without having to change the base plate. They have saved me so much time. They are also strong and durable, so I don't worry about them holding my camera even when it is high above my head. 5

[0.21 lb] This works on both systems. I love my Peak Design Capture shoulder quick release. But PD is far behind in other mounting systems or are too stubborn to make anything else. (I've written to them about this problem.) Falcam F38 has a Quick / Solid mount for a tripod. I finally can go from my shoulder mount to my Tripod in seconds with this new QR Plate. Both systems are completely different on how it locks on to the plate. With this plate, it works both systems. 5
