A: Elements 6 is a rather dated application (maybe 2008). It is possible that this will run faster based on the computer it's installed on. If your computer is the same vintage as the software, you will most likely not see any difference in performance - or even be able to install it.

Q: 10. Will this version of Elements be compatible with Nik software such as Silver Efex Pro 2 ?

A: It would be compatible with the finalized output material form Silver Efex Pro 2.

[Soft] I have been using the regular Photoshop for couple decades at work. Since my home computer does not have it and Adobe no longer sells the full version except monthly subscription, I decided to purchase the 'junior version' of the Photoshop. It has many tools that the regular Photoshop has but are not located at the same locations. I don't find it as user-friendly as the regular Photoshop, but for the price I paid, it's decent enough. I just need to wait and see if my needs want to take me back to the regular Photoshop or not. So, I will give it a year or so. 5

[9780415663304] When I bought this edition of Elements I wasn't expecting a whole lot from the Haze Removal Tool but decided to test it out on some Grand Canyon pictures I took 3 years ago. If you've ever shot there you know how hazy it can be. I thought it was clear that day but after processing several of my photos I was amazed at how good a job Elements did cleaning them up. This one tool makes the price of upgrading a real deal! 5

[1.7 lb] For years I stayed with Elements 2015. Finally decided to see what 2021 offered. I only use the Camera Raw and Editor modules. The Editor module is pretty much unchanged for what I do (basic final cropping, spotting and sizing. But the Camera Raw module is a different story. Much improved with several new functions that produce amazing results with just a click and minor trimming of the sliders. Highly recommended. 5

[1.7 lb] So happy to be back to Photo/Video Editing, as I've been AWOL for a couple of years. This new Adobe PSE, 2021 looks like it's gonna do the trick for me, with lots of new,(& old), Features for me to learn and experiment with. While not fully engaged with it just yet, It's a Winner! 5
