Streamline your workflow and focus on your creative vision with the Deity Microphones C19, a cable that offers a secure connection for feeding timecode signal from a TC-1 timecode box generator to a Canon R5 C camera. The C19 allows users to add timecode directly to the footage metadata, eliminating the need to strip LTC to an audio track. This means that you don't have to sacrifice an audio track for timecode recording. It also simplifies your postproduction workflow and saves you time and money, while allowing you to capture high-quality audio and timecode simultaneously.

The C19 features a right-angle, locking 3.5mm TRS male connector at one end and an extra-long Din1.0/2.3 connector at the other. The extra-long connector accommodates the recessed port on the Canon R5 C. With its rugged construction, the C19 offers a durable and reliable option for syncing timecode in the studio or in the field.

Q: 1. does this battery grip fit the Canon eos r10?

A: The Vello BG-C19 Battery Grip for Canon EOS R Mirrorless Camera is incompatible with the Canon EOS R10 Mirrorless Camera. At this time, there is no compatible battery grip.

Q: 2. does this work with tentacle sync devices?

A: No, the Deity Microphones C19 Timecode Cable for Canon R5 C Camera does not work with the Tentacle Sync E mkII Timecode Generator. The Deity 3.5mm locking connector is slightly different than the one used by Tentacle Sync and does not stay securely connected to the Tentacle Sync input/output. As a better option, use the Tentacle Sync Tentacle to DIN 1.0/2.3 Cable (B&H # TETD123C), which is fully compatible with Tentacle Sync timecode devices.

Q: 3. WIll Vello produce a grip for the R6?

A: At this time, Vello has not produced a battery grip for the EOS R6. In the event that they do, we would definitely make an announcement via the B&H E-Mail Newsletter.

Q: 4. Does this come with dual battery charger?

A: No, the Vello BG-C19 Battery Grip for Canon EOS R Mirrorless Camera does not come with a dual battery charger. That can be purchased separately.

Q: 5. How long is this cable?

A: The length of the Deity Microphones C19 Timecode Cable for Canon R5 C Camera has not been specified by the manufacturer.

Q: 6. Will this work with my c70 and Tentacle Track E?

A: No, the Deity Microphones C15 Right-Angle Locking 3.5mm TRS to Right-Angle BNC Timecode Cable is not compatible for use with the Tentacle Sync TRACK E Pocket Audio Recorder. Instead, you can use the Tentacle Sync Tentacle to BNC Cable - Right-Angle, 16" (B&H # TEC08) or the Tentacle Sync Tentacle to BNC Cable - Straight, 16" (B&H # TEC06).

Q: 7. Does this work on a Sony a7siii

A: No, the Deity Microphones C23 Timecode Cable for Sony FX3 / FX30 Cameras is not compatible for use with the Sony a7S III Mirrorless Camera. The camera does not have internal timeccode capability.

Q: 8. Will this work to pass TC from a Tentacle Sync TC box to an FX30?

A: No. The Deity Microphones C23 Timecode Cable has a locking 3.5mm connector and is intended for use with the Deity Microphones TC-1 Wireless Timecode Generator Box (B&H # DEDTT0272D80). The Tentacle Sync E mkII Timecode Generator has a non-locking 3.5mm connector which is not compatible with the C23 Timecode Cable.

Q: 9. What's the difference between this one and Canon BG-R10 Battery Grip?

A: The main difference is the BG-R10 is a bit longer than the BG-C19. Otherwise, the latter has similar functionality at a much lower price point.

Q: 10. is compatible with a7iv the Deity C23 ?

A: I'm sorry, but the Sony A7 IV camera does not support meta-data for timecode as a dedicated input. Instead of using the Deity Microphones C23 Timecode Cable for Sony FX3 / FX30 Cameras , you should use the Deity C12 cable, which is included with the TC-1 unit: https://bhpho.to/3VRhbY2 . That cable will connect from the locking connector on the TC-1 to the mic input on your Sony A7 IV, and write the metadata onto the audio file.

[Yellow] The 3.5mm plug connector is good even with 3.5mm jacks without screw connections.

[Yellow] I use this to connect my Rode Wireless Pro to my FX6s to jam sync time code. It works flawlessly. I keep it in the Wireless Pro accessory case with all the other cables and just grab it out before every shoot day to sync A and B cam. It's a great purchase, feels well built, and works every time.

[0.15 lb] Simply put it is the absolute best timecode cable for the FX3/30 if you run Deity's time code boxes. Really appreciate the engineering here the velcro bit that clips onto the bottom of your timecode box and cable are all built as an added strain relief. Build quality is pretty solid and the price is reasonable. Makes getting time code into my FX 3 and FX 30 child's play.

[0.15 lb] these cables are not plentiful from different makers, so for a couple of dollars more, I just would rather go original manufacturer. Using deity tc-1

[0.15 lb] I have not used the grip a whole lot yet but so far it feels as good if not better than my cameras grip and you are not losing any features to the official canon grip. The two batteries work together and greatly improves the battery life, also you can charge the batteries inside the grip while not using the camera through the USB type C port which is a really nice feature. Also sorry for the bad photos
