For continuous all day, every day operation with industry-proven components that help ensure reliability. Featuring an advanced 1DLP laser illumination system, the Inspire Series provides up to 20,000 hours of reliable and virtually maintenance-free operation.

Inspire's airtight engine resists dust particles for long-lasting reliability, and almost zero maintenance performance.

The omnidirectional capability allows for image projection across a wide range of angles and directions, including the ceiling or floor.

Eco Mode reduces brightness to 50%, significantly extending the lifetime of your projector and resulting in quieter operation.

Built-in Christie Twist allows you to seamlessly edge-blend and stack multiple projected images on any 2D or 3D surface and precisely control the geometry of each projector through an easy-to-use grid-point, mesh interface. Working in conjunction with Twist, Christie Mystique automates multi-projector warping and blending. With the click of a mouse, the camera-based software automatically aligns, stacks, and blends multi-projector systems in minutes. For simple 2D setups using up to 3 projectors in a single horizontal array on a flat screen or surface, you can download Mystique Lite at no additional cost and purchase an inexpensive supported webcam to get started.

AMX, Crestron, and PJLink connectivity allow for enhanced collaboration and easy integration into virtually any existing AV automation and control system.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. what is the resolution of the DMD chip?

A: XPR Technology Projects UHD Resolution XPR technology combines image processing with the ability of the DMD's mirrors to shift at the microsecond level to allow each mirror to project multiple pixels per frame, creating a 4K UHD image from an otherwise non-UHD chip. Native resolution 1920 x 1080p.

Q: 2. If I were to record this projection with a view camera in slow motion, would there be flickering from this faux-4k tech?

A: The ViewSonic PX748-4K 4000-Lumen XPR 4K UHD Home Theater DLP Projector (BH # VIPX7484K) should not display a noticeable flicker if recorded at 60 Hz.

Q: 3. What is the life span of this bulb?

A: The Expected Lamp Life Full Brightness: 4000 Hours Medium Brightness: 8000 Hours Low Brightness: 15,000 Hours.

Q: 4. What is the difference between the LG HU915QB and LG HU915QE besides lumen output and exterior color?

A: The primary difference between the LG CineBeam HU915QB 3000-Lumen XPR 4K UHD Ultra-Short Throw Laser DLP Smart Home Theater Projector (B&H # LGHU915QB) and the LG CineBeam HU915QE 3700-Lumen XPR 4K UHD Ultra-Short Throw Laser DLP Smart Home Theater Projector (B&H # LGHU915QE) is the maximum brightness. A 700 Lumen difference will allow for a brighter image to be projected at a larger size.

Q: 5. Since projector has decent speakers built in, is it possible to use them as rear speakers?

Q: 9. Is it Bluetooth compatible so I can connect it to my out door speakers in the backyard

A: No it is not bluetooth compatible to pair with external speakers. Use this adapter: Aluratek ABCD54F Switchable Bluetooth Audio Transmitter and Receiver BH #ALABCD54F: https://bhpho.to/2VdQobi

Q: 10. can it be mounted upside down to a ceiling?

A: The LG CineBeam PU700R 1000-Lumen UHD 4K DLP Smart Projector (B&H # LGPU700R) can technically be used upside-down, but this is not recommended. While upside-down, the projected content would need to be flipped vertically from the source, as this projector does not natively supported an inverted configuration. Additionally, this projector does not have compatible ceiling mount hardware, so any kind of inverted ceiling mounting would need to be a DIY setup, which introduces the risk of damaging the projector.

[Laser Phosphor] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this projector to replace an excellent Epson HD LCD projector. I was attracted to the laser light source and liked that this LG model had two separate colors which I thought would reduce the likelihood of rainbow patterns and indeed I haven't noticed these at all so far. The 4K is crisp and the picture is bright. HDR mode is very noticeable and I like the range of picture options. I use an Apple 4K TV and Xbox Series X so wasn't too interested in the onboard WebOS but its generally pretty responsive and intuitive so probably useful to have. The projected image does have a small thin light border and in super-widescreen 2.35:1 mode there are of course lighter bars at top and bottom; I'm not sure why with all the adaptive dimming technology they couldn't make it go really dark in those areas too, but projecting onto a wall with custom sprayed paint using MissisipiMan's formula in the AVSforum works really well with this projector and still looks better than the movie theater and is a big improvement over the Epson because of the 4K and laser technology, and is now useable in a brighter room. My advice is save your money on the expensive screen and splurge on this projector if you are thinking about it. I do think this technology is a generation ahead of the last and what's nice is it's also LG quality (I knew they made the best LCD IPS panels for computer displays as we have 6 of them, but now find they make really good projectors too) and really nice design and aesthetics. Switching on and off is fast and reliable and ambient noise seems quieter than anything else we have in the media room. We run a 30ft HDMI cable originally intended for 18Gbps through the ceiling and I was glad it didn't have to be replaced and meets all the XBox and Apple diagnostic tests at 4K/60Hz and 1080p/120Hz and works well with ARC sound too, even with a 3 year old receiver.

[Powered: ] I think this is the best projector under $5,000. Even this is $3,000.
Picture quality is literarilly christal clear. Physical design is simple and modern. eARC and ARC function is working fine with my Yamaha av receiver(v6A).
Blutooth-Remote controller is easy to navigate apps. Only one thing I did like was Missing Netflix app. However, from yesterday, 7/27/2021 it supports Netflix app as well. I highly recommend!!

[Yes] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The projector arrived after a delay shipment of couple of weeks. It is carefully packed.
Took us an hour to setup everything. The setup is simple and was easy to mount and calibrate using the tool provided in the projector. The romote works like a mouse. How cool is that.
The quality of the picture is really good. Great to watch movies on home theater.
Our family loved watching the movie on the projector. Was a good buy for fair price.
The only concern I have with this projector is the app store doesn't have any useful apps.
I was searching for Hulu or ESPN and I couldn't find them. Hopefully a new update would bring them.

[Yes] So I owned the BenQ LK 970 for over 3 years now and have been looking to upgrade. I had my eyes set on this one but was a little skeptical due to it only used the .47 4 K Pixel Shifting chip. I felt like it was a step back from the bigger .65 chip that the Lk 970 used. Also it only had 2600 Lumens vs the 5,000 the LK had as well. Well after using this projector for over a week and already watched 15 4K movies on it I am beyond blown away. This is the sharpest and most color accurate projector I have ever owned. The brightness contrast and clarity is terrific. And comparing the 4K pixel shifting to my JVC NX7 which is a actually real native 4K projector. I can even tell the difference in quality. This is a terrific projector. I’m sure I will enjoy this for years to come.

[Laser Phosphor] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a casual movie watcher and just really enjoy picture quality of this projector. Night and day difference coming from optoma hd26. As other reviews pointed out blacks could be better but not in this price range. Still highly watchable just tweak the iris for darker room.

[1.25 to 2.0:1] I've been using projectors for years now and it's incredible how far the technology has come. I found this very neat laser projector and it works great. I can project a 150 inch screen from almost up against the wall and the image quality is great. I'm not going to lie, the picture is slightly dim on very bright days (I have a very sunny living room), but not enough to bother me. I use my FireStick to watch my shows and it's super easy.

[Manual Powered] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my projector and tested it out for a few hours. Definitely has amazing clarity and sharpness, almost as good as my 4K tv. Will update this review once I have gone through some more hours of viewing
