[1x Proprietary] This headset works well because it doesn't fully cover the ear so you can kind of hear how loud you are. But it covers enough that it feels private. I've asked several of the colors how I sound and they said it was really clear. I use The headset specifically for my zoom like meetings. I dial in via my cell phone and use the headset. I have found using the audio this way is better than with the computer audio. It eliminates any delays and or feedback. So far so good. I've only had it for a couple weeks now.

[Closed-Back] I'm a psychotherapist currently doing remote counseling and have been struggling to find a noise cancelling headset that is comfortable and works well. This headset truly meets both of those needs. While it did bother my ears at first for the first week or so, it has since become extremely comfortable and enjoyable to use, with a crisp sound and an amazing noise cancelling microphone.

[1x Proprietary] These headphones were purchased for telecommuting business use, primarily for VOIP customer conference and internal company calls. I have used them for both short conversations and hours long conference calls, and found them to be comfortable to wear and easy to put on or take off. Sound quality is excellent (when compared to audio and gaming headsets I have used) and the microphone pickup is clear (according to feedback from listeners). I chose the dual headset to block ambient sound in my home office, and the USB-A connection to allow flexibility for USB or 3.5mm connections. Microphone position adjustment is easy and it stays in position unless moved. The in-line control (mute, volume and on/off-hook switches) are easy to use and have visual indicators. I also set- up the headset to use the audio prompt so I am notified when I select mute on or off. I use the headset multiple times a day, so it goes through 10-20 putting on / taking off cycles per day, and so far I have had no issues with defects or failures. When not in use it hangs on a hook with the cord suspended, so the unit is not stressed by being folded or put in a drawer, and I work close to my computer so the cord is not under tension when in use. I have only found two drawbacks: 1) if you place the microphone in certain positions it will pick up your breathing (fixed by adjusting the microphone position), and 2) the headband adjustment detents are not deep, so when you remove or handle the headset the adjustment can change (not a defect, but something to be aware of if headband/earpiece location is important to your comfort). Overall, high quality sound, easy to use and comfortable to wear make this a product I would recommend for any application similar to mine.

[Hard-Wired] I have been using headsets for business telephony for more than 30 years and finally found a set that I am not disappointed in. I gave up on bluetooth headsets for too many reasons to list here. Sound quality is crystal clear and the earpads are so comfortable I almost forget I am wearing them. Controls located 'mid-cord' well designed and easy to use. Overall feels like a headset that should cost much more.

[1x Proprietary] Getting used to wearing a full coverage headset all day (last one only covered one ear), but so far, I am enjoying the lack of wire connectivity to my desk phone and the freedom this provides me. The sound is clear, the response is quick, the charge is decent, I easily connected it to my phone and PC without issue (and that says a lot). While it does soften the voices around me so I might not hear my boss as loud when she talks to me from her office like I used to, overall, this is a great headset. I also enjoy the fact that people think I'm on the phone or listening to something so I get interrupted a lot less - haha!!

[1x Proprietary] I use Ring Central App. Its amazing how the noise cancellation feature works. I never realized how much telephone noise Ive been dealing with that I didnt have to. 3 Years of that really works your nerves. Ive been using it for about two weeks. So far so good and it frees up my hands and really works well with the ring central app and Gorilla Desk. No more finger dialing of numbers.

[Black] I really like this headset, the fidelity is such that it is great both for phone conversations, as well as music playback.  Works both with my Polycom phones, connected direct to a softphone on my laptop, or disconnected and direct to my iPhone.  I find myself using this headset more than my earbuds, for playing music from my iPhone.

Purchased this wired set, as I try to limit RF exposure.  My clients generally prefer the Plantronics Voyager Focus UC Headset B825, which is a reliable Bluetooth headset, but the sound quality is best for voice calls.

I do recommend installing the Polycom computer application in order to adjust settings and provision firmware updates.

[Stereo] The ear pads are soft and comfortable to wear. Others report they don't hear me typing during Zoom conferences.
