[Bus Powered] I had been using the original Facecam since launch but when I saw the quality difference between the two, it was a no brainer, I bought it immediately and have had no regrets ever since. Not only do I use it as my webcam on streams, but I even record unboxing videos with it. It will give you DSLR quality while taking up much less real estate at a fraction of the cost. 5

[8 MP] The Elgato Facecam Pro is a webcam that has been out around for 1 year now. It's a 4k 60FPS webcam that many content creators that add a lot of flexibility. Flexibility you ask? Having 4k on a device gives you 4 times more resolution than 1080p. Doing zoom-ins or cropping videos is a lot better on a device like this. Since the Facecam Pro is also 60FPS in 4k you don't have to decide 30fps at 4k or 1080p at 60 fps. You get the best option out of the box and with all the benefits of 4k. The setup process was super easy with the Facecam Pro having a 1/4 mount. It works with a lot of mounting hardware on the market. I would make a change with the cord included because USB-C to USB-C isn't ideal in my opinion for someone who is looking to buy a webcam ( Some motherboards don't have USB-C on the back.) You can buy USB-C UBS-A 3.0 cords and they work just perfectly fine. My initial thoughts were wow this is a webcam? This is great for scenes in my setup or if I'm trying to achieve something. I'm big on quality and the ability to have a USB C 4k 60 device is super handy if I need to experiment with different scenes in my stream. The camera hub helped get my Facecam looking good but seems to not have as many options as the original Facecam. I think this can be fixed over a software update. Knowing Elgato's history it will most likely happen but it is something I would want. It felt very sturdy as a product. Feels well-made, and not cheap at all. If you're in the market for a pro-level webcam and not wanting to spend the money on a mirrorless camera I highly recommend it. 5

[1.215 lb] Ive been using the mk2 for a bit now and ive loved it. Its done wonderful with my setup and comes packed full of features that let me tweak it exactly like it want. Its given my sony a5100 a run for its money at a fraction of the cost. You cant go wrong picking this up, big improvement from the original. 5

[6' / 1.8 m] This is the best 1080p webcam out right now. The colors are lifelike and there's no washout like a few other cameras. Pair that with the camera hub and you can tweak it to fit your set up perfectly. 5

[Yes] This camera was a great upgrade from the previous original face cam. I feel like it captures true colors so well and makes my look quality without a DSLR. On the software side, my favorite feature is the pan/tilt. Overall, this is a great camera, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade. 5

[Yes] The Facecam Pro is a HUGE leap for webcams, in fact, it feels like it's in a whole class of its own. The output of this camera, and the amount of control you have over it, is insane. If you're in the Elgato ecosystem, you can control all of the settings with your Stream Deck (or SD+). Forget complicated camera setups, this powerhouse of a webcam can do it all with a single cable. 5
