Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What kind of cord does this converter come with? The picture does not show.

A: It has a European style plug with a US plug adapter included as well.

Q: 2. hello, does it also change the frequency, i.e., 220-- 110 together with 50--60 Hz? otherwise some machines would just work shower at~80% speed. thanks

A: The native cycle frequency will not change or be converted.

Q: 3. Can you attach a 67mm lens hood to this hood?

A: The metal Sensei Pro 49mm lens hood I purchased will fit a 58mm lens cap or filters. I did buy a Sensei 58mm cap to fit on the end of the lens hood.

Q: 4. Will the Sensi PRO 67mm Aluminum Lens Hood fit a Canon RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8 IS USM Lens (67mm)?

A: As the Canon RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8 IS USM Lens has 67mm front filter threads, yes, the Sensei PRO 67mm Aluminum Lens Hood would fit on the front of the Canon RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8 IS USM Lens.

Q: 5. Is this unit good for use in mexico, to prevent power spikes and voltage irregularities? How large of a digital power amplifier (watts) can it Handel?

A: This is not a surge protector and will protect connected equipment from power spikes. Maximum Wattage 5000 W AC Input Voltage 110 to 240 VAC

Q: 6. What accessories do I need to plug a European purchased unit with a European plug into the unit, and does your unit plug directly into a standard 120 volt USA outlet ?

A: The Sevenstar ST-1000 Step Up/Step Down Transformer (1,000W) would plug directly into a standard 120 volt USA outlet.

Q: 7. I need to use a product like this to run my North American studio lights in documentary interview situations in Asia. Does the unit emit noise when operating?

A: I use it for my german kitchen machine in the USA and it does not make any noise and is really easy to handle!

Q: 8. I am buying for an air conditionner that is 208/230V and INPUT: 1,510/1,470 W. Would it work? or should i cancel the order and call an electrician?

A: We have run a 1500W air conditioner on a 5000W unit with no problems, I would be hesitant to use a 2000W unit, initial draw is higher then running current. I basically double the power need for a piece of equipment when buying transformers. My 2000W will only have 800w to 1000W plugged into it.

Q: 9. Is the 300 watt rating a peak rating or a continuous use? If it is a peak rating, is there a published continuous rating?

A: 300 Watts is the peak rating for the Sevenstar ST-300 Step Up/Step Down Transformer.

Q: 10. I'm going down to Antigua for the winter where the power is 230v. If I buy this, will I be able to run my lg portable ac unit? It's single phase, 60Z at 115v

A: The Sevenstar TC-3000 Step Up/Step Down Transformer (3,000W) BH #SETC3000 will support it as long as you do not surpass 3000 watts.

[Aluminum] The step-up ring works as promised. Made from high quality metal it threads smoothly onto my ND filter adapter and onto my Fuji lens. Very basic piece of equipment that does the job.

[Aluminum] The second step up ring I purchased to step up another step up ring to step up to a filter. That's quite a few steps, not quite the 10,000 I am supposed to get in a day, but this stepper does what I need.

[58 mm to 67 mm] Steps up my other stepper which I use to step up my long exposure game. Buy a a bigger filter and use these bad boys to step up your smaller mm lenses.
