It all starts with the SlimLink connector on the back of the case. SlimLink uses either its neodymium magnets or strong, ceramic locking ring to magnetically or mechanically attach to a variety of optional mounts, stands, and other accessories. As a phone case, it's made to offer premium quality and protection in its materials and construction. With the new V2 model, the old V1 iPhone action button cutout is now a protective button.

The lightweight, slim profile, polycarbonate body is fitted with a rubberized shock-absorbing bumper that's been tested by Peak Design to withstand drops of up to 6'. In addition, a raised lip surrounds both the screen and camera lenses, ensuring the case is the first thing to contact the ground if your phone were to fall flat. [Red Wood Brown] Strong magnets and excellent finger loop option. Functional and elegant accessories that make use of those ++ magnets. Color is great, a green that works for me. The texture of the back is pleasant and reassuring but not distracting. And cliché: last but not least, the “embarrassment of riches” design touch… superb “just clicky enough” buttons. [8 x 4.3 x 0.8"] The case is great. It is is comfortable to hold, light, and contains strong magnets -- much stronger than the default magnets in the phone. They proactively addressed the issue with a cutout over the action button. This was my first Peak Design purchase. Since then, I've bought several other products and have not been disappointed. 5

[Yes] This is fantastic case! I normally purchase an apple case but this is thinner and feels lighter but you can it has great protection. It's non slip and has a really nice feel to it. The only issue is the little square cut out. I understand why they have it (to attach other accessories) but it's kind of annoying, not a game changer though - maybe they should ship the "plug" with the case for those not going to use other accessories. I would recommend this case though, my brother purchased one after seeing mine. 5
