The Rosco Cinegel #3064 Silent 1/4 Grid Cloth 12x12'from Rosco Cinegel #3064 Silent 1/4 Grid Cloth 12x12'is a reinforced woven diffusion material for use in a butterfly frame. Like #3064 1/4 Grid Cloth, #3064 absorbs approximately 1 stop of light but it's also quiet when used outdoors in windy conditions. This grid cloth is edge-finished with binding and grommets on 24" centers to fit the standard butterfly and overhead frames used in motion picture and television production. Actual working dimensions are 11'8" x 11'8".

A: Although not considered a silent grid cloth, like any material pulled tight enough, it will be silent. I’ve used this for years on various outdoor video shoots and I’ve never picked up any sound from it.

A: This has velcro on the frame

A: Grid has a slightly different look than regular diffusion. Light spreads most in a pattern shaped like a plus sign (+). 1/2 stop is the strength.

A: The F8 fits perfectly.

A: HI justin, Westcott has not designated this grid Cloth as "silent." it is a thin and breathable fabric. Based on how it mounts to the frame, they believe noise should be minimal.

[3.27 lb] Love these gels, they are big enough to cover almost any light or modifier. Great thing is they are specifically made for video so they have a higher threshold for heat! Works great on my daylight lights in a pinch. 5

[29 x 28 x 1.5"] I love these sampler packs. If you are needing gels every day and for different sizes, then getting the bigger sheets and cutting them is great. For most of us, though, who are just using them occasionally to change the color temperature of a light or wanting to throw a different color on the background, these are perfect. 5
