[Leica M] I have previously owned and used many adapters, including a number from Fotasy. Most of them worked perfectly well, but in particular my Fotasy Konica AR-Nikon Z adapter would not click into place on the lens end. That meant with heavier lenses, I always felt at risk of the lens falling off; if the lens had a stiff aperture or focusing ring, there was an even greater danger of it detaching, and other old adapter ended up unscrewing a lens from its helicoid, a total disaster in the field.

No such problems with this Kipon. It is solidly constructed, the mechanics feel springy and everything is well machined. There is very minor rotational play, but the lenses click in securely and the release button is nicely sized and easy to press (cheap adapters often have sharp and nasty levers that you have to impale yourself with to release the lens).

If you want an adapter for Konica to Nikon Z, this is the one to get, and it is absolutely worth it for the quality of the design and build. I would definitely look closer at Kipon's other offerings for future purchases.

[Leica M] With the help from B&H online chat, I was able to get my questions answered which helped me purchase the adapter. This meant I now have the use of several great lenses I otherwise could no longer use. I'm very happy!

[Leica M] Adapter is very smooth and fits all my grandfathers old Konica glass on my Fuji XT-20. So psyched about using all this old glass!

[Leica M] This adapter lets me use my late Grandfathers Konica lenses with my Canon bodies, without quality loss. Many Konica adapters don't let you reach infinity or have some other downside, but thanks to the corrective glass, you can use the full range of the lenses.

One downside, if you are on something like a T3i, you will notice a haze with certain lenses, but anything full frame you will be fine.

The customer service is awesome. I purchased this mount last year, and thanks to the 2 year warranty, they answered my request of a broken spring withing minutes of me submitting the ticket, got my shipping info and order confirmation email, and sent me a new one in the mail. Its nice to feel so taken care of.

[Leica M] I had some nearly new Konica AR lenses and decided to make use of them via this adapter and it serves the purpose well. It is solidly made though not too heavy, the inside of the adapter is a nice matte black, the outside is smooth. It was reasonably priced. Not a lot more to say because no electronics are involved. If you need to adapt Konica AR lenses to E mount then this is a good adapter for that purpose.

[Leica M] This adaptor fits my Sony camera making it possible to use the old and wonderful Konica lenses my dad had.

[Leica M] I am using this product on my Konica Hexanon AR manual lenses. It works great on my Sony A6000. It is a quality build and the adapter fits well to the camera and the lenses fit well to the adapter. While it costs more than many of the adapters on the market, having quality and precision with the adapter makes it worth it. I have no complaints.

[Leica M] The thickness of the adapter was within + or - 0.0015 (0.04 mm) which made for sharp images at all 4 corners. Keep in mind that the adapter effectively increases the focal length of the lens by about 1.4x.

[Leica M] Came quicker than it was supposed to. I like it because you can easily use it between multiple lenses . I have one for pentax and need a flat small screwdriver to remove. This Nikon has a easy red button like a normal lens to remove.
