A: No. The following unit is designed and made for the LS 60d and 60x LED lights.

Q: 6. What size gel holder is needed for the front and what are good ones to get? What else can be attached on the front of the lens?

A: 12x12" gels are used with the Aputure Spotlight Max Kit with 19° Lens, so you would need a holder of that size; there are many gels listed under "Accessories" on that product page. There are also gobos, an iris, and additional lenses available.

Q: 7. will this fit the aputure spotlight as well?

A: The Aputure Iris for Spotlight Max is specific for the Spotlight Max. And does not work in other models.

Q: 8. what is the size of the gobo insert? how wide is this hole

A: The Aputure Spotlight Max Kit with 36° Lens is compatible with Size A (3.9" / 100 mm) gobos.

Q: 9. Will this work with a 600x Pro? I purchased the original Spotlight and it won’t fit my 600x.

A: Yes, the Aputure Spotlight Max Kit with 36° Lens and the Aputure LS 600x Pro Bi-Color LED Monolight (V-Mount) are compatible.

Q: 10. Is this compatible with the Amaran 60x? (the Bowens mount will be, but how about the light spread)

A: This is compatible with the 60x.

[0.74 lb] It takes the bland white light from my Source IV and creates a window! Perfect! It's pretty hot after sitting in there for a while though, so be careful! 5

[0.74 lb] I purchased this for the kids ministry at our church. The 1st - 4th graders come together for their story time in our chapel. The back wall is huge and we have had a hard time finding ways to decorate it. I found these and they are perfect! The kids love the images that are projected on the back wall. It's been a great (and easy) way to fill up all that dead space on the wall. Thanks! 5

[0.74 lb] 19-degree lens focuses the light output and intensifies it. If your field of coverage works, and you are going for a hard-light look, its a great way to make a 300 light very bright 5

[0.74 lb] When I purchased this Gobo I wasn't 100% sure from the picture that I was going to be using this one as much as I have. Its pattern is very symmetrical which allows it to be used in a variety of situations. I usually cut the sides of the pattern and just use the center as a background in interviews and to liven up the background of any scene that just needs some soft hits. 5

[0.74 lb] When I initially bought my Aputure Spotlight mount, it came with the 19 degree lens and used it a lot over the year I had it. But found myself about half the time of use, to also need a wide span of light or hope I had the room to back up the light. Well, enter my need for the 36 degree lens. Many people talk about the output not being as bright as the 19 degree, true. But most of the time I am not blasting my Aputure 300Dmkii at full 100%. The spotlight offers a lot of light in a wide area. In my use, I haven't noticed any colour aberration on the edges and quality of the lens is the same as the spotlight. Metal housing and very sturdy. On a plus side, it also comes with a nice thick soft case to protect the lens when not in use. Overall, if anyone is looking to add a wider area of use for your spotlight, get the 36 degree lens and pair it with your 19 degree lens and you have a duo combo for your Aputure Leko attachment. 5
