[Auto] An incredibly small and well built microphone that has a lot of the same characteristics of its bigger brothers. I highly recommend this for laptop use, for people who have different workstations and need to bring along their tech. Also for people who travel a lot and might need a microphone in a hotel room or on-the-go. This is a high-quality device and it comes highly recommended. 5

[Bus Powered] I am using the microphone at work with Dragon voice recognition software. the mic is clipped to the monitor. With the directional microphone, it ignores the ambient noise and just picks up the person directly in front of the mic. 5

[93°] So small I can hide it in my hand. Even when it's in its pretty sturdy case. I am used to larger professional-level mics with big sounds. But I really needed something small when traveling. It works beautifully with my MacBook Pro and Audition. The sound is clear and clean. Of course, it can't compare to pro mics costing handfuls of dollars more. It surprised me though. For its size, it punches way above its weight. The build is sturdy. Nothing feels flimsy. It's also very easy to use. Just plug it in. 5

[Omnidirectional] I love this mic. It's even tinier than it looks in the picture but packed with power. It has a good solid feel -- no plastic! It folds up into a tiny package but the solidly weighted base keeps it absolutely stable standing or swiveling in any direction and allows clipping onto a monitor. It is USB plug-and-play and packs in a lot of features, including uni- and multi-directional pickup, headphone output, and, according to the instructions (yes, it actually comes with an instruction booklet), the ability to handle everything from simple voice to single instrument to full music input. So far I've only used basic voice recording in the two pickup modes and the quality is excellent, but the instructions also describe a wide range of recording and sound effect techniques achievable by simple positional adjustment that someone with more more knowledge than I should try. 5
