[Bluetooth] Solidly built, easy to use, surprisingly good speaker for such a small radio.

[19 VDC at 1.8 A] I had to replace my old Bose Wave radio and the WR-22 seemed a good product. The first unit did not work properly: Alarm 1 would not set and sent the radio off into lala land...needed a reset to get back to the beginning. B&H promptly replaced it with a 100% working unit. I am pleased with the sound and the features, mostly. My old Bose would allow setting an alarm that had both buzzer and radio, which I found convenient. The Sangean does not do that; alarms are either radio or buzzer (or USB or Bluetooth). The alarms are settable day by day, so I can set one time for weekdays and another for weekends, which is convenient.
Very happy with it and it looks good.

[Bluetooth] I purchased a Tivoli Audio Model Three BT Clock Radio hoping for a great sounding radio, which it was. However there are issues with the Interface and design and it was not usable as an alarm clock for me. So I crossed my fingers and purchased the Sangean. Honestly, both radios are ported and hefty so the sound on both are very good, but the usability and features on the Sangean are excellent and I would prefer the Sangean over the Tivoli even if the Tivoli worked as expected.

[Digital AM, FM] This is a great sounding AM/FM radio that will play mp3 and wma music files. The radio does read the names of music files and the folder names they're located in. You can also play music stored on your phone via bluetooth. No battery backup necessary for the clock, because the clock sets itself via FM stations that transmit that info, as well as FM station ID and program info. All that and it looks great with the walnut cabinet.

[AAC, SBC] I am not an expert by any means on radios or electronics. The sound is wonderful on this small sized radio. I can reach many more stations than on my C Crane radio with great clarity. The station that I listen to most has a weaker signal and this is the only station that I need the antenna extended to bring it in clearly and it does so better than the CC radio. It is light weight, seems well made and it is a handsome radio. I would consider buying another.

[Digital AM, FM] I was looking for a replacement for my 20 year old Bose wave radio. It finally mslfunched due to its age.
Because of the very high price to repair the unit and the knowledge that Bose was no longer offering this radio I decide to look for a replacement that sound as good as the Bose and costs considerably less. I searched on line for reviews of other products that could live up to my expectations for a great sounding table top radio.
I found an online site for the Sangeon radios and was very interested in the Sangeon WR-22. The reviews I read gave this model an exceptionally good review. It ticked all the boxes that made me decide zi want this radio. So I immediately called B&H to see if this model was available at the store. I lucked out because the warehouse shied only one in stock. I immediately asked them too put a hold on this product and was very excited to pick it up the same day. I hopped on a bus and subway immediately and headed down to B&H. The radio was waiting for when I got there. I have been more then satisfied with this purchase. It's a wonderful radio and fulfills all my high expectations for a great and less expensive replacement for my Bose wave radio. I am enjoying the AM/FM radio. The quality of the product and the sound quality is even better than the Bose system. Than you B&H for keeping this model in stock. [Digital AM, FM] After my old radio was fried by a power surge, I was looking for a replacement that I could use to set up a sleep timer, lower the brightness on the display for night and (old school) be able to play music from my old iPod. This radio does it all, plus the sound quality is excellent.

[6.605 lb] Good sound, dual alarms, tone controls, loudness control, variable display intensity, compact. Hard to pull in FM stations much better by purchasing an F-type FM antenna (Less than $10.00)
No back up battery!
Should have more than 5 FM slots and fewer AM slots.

All in all...very pleased!

[Wood] I discovered that most electronic stores no longer carry nice looking radios. Most are alarms that have a radio. We wanted a radio to place by our bed since we turn it on when we go to bed and turn it off when we get up.
I found Sangean model on the internet. Almost every review I read was positive. I had a choice of colors. When I ordered WR-22, I received it within 5 days and paid no shipping.
It did take me a little while setting up the radio. Our old radio was 20 some years old (Bose). So, there were a few more settings involved.
Very happen with the reception. I’d recommend to a friend.
