Q: 1. could all of the pads be removed fully?

A: The pads in the Domke F-6 Little Bit Smaller Bag can all be removed expect for the bottom pad.

Q: 2. Is the shoulder strap replaceable? Some of the photos show a connectable snap-buckle, and others seem to show a sewed-in strap. It almost looks like the connectable buckle is for the hand strap, but the sewed-in connection is for the shoulder strap. But I'm not sure; the photos don't show it very clearly. Thanks.

A: Of course the strap is replaceable. Just cut the stitching on the old strap and remove it. Then buy a new gripper strap, thread it through the loop, and anchor (lock) it with the 2" plastic buckles. If you have a sewing machine, you can sew the ends similar to the original, but it is not necessary.

A: Hi William,You could use this bag with the rig you described; the two large telephotos on each end, and the camera with lens attached in the center. But that would be it; especially if you have the tripod collars on the lenses and lens hoods as well. They would protrude a little towards the top but that wouldn't be a problem since the top flaps over and hooks closed. There's no padding on this bag at all, which is great if you want to keep it light as possible, and there is a roomy front pocket for cables and batteries and such, so if you're just out for a short trip and dont need a lot of extra equipment, i'd say it would do the trick. But I wouldn't recommend it for a long shoot in Africa where dust and protection of equipment is an issue.

Q: 6. I just bought a 128RC QR Micro Fluid Head, and while the manual depicts the quick release locked position full left, my locking lever will not go that far. While this seems adequately secure, I am curious if the accessory plate is too large for this head, or if this is a normal situation?

A: First, be sure the camera mount plate is in the tripod head the correct way--it should lug in to the front first, then snap down in the back. As long as the camera is secure, the lever may not push all the way left--that's OK Just push it tight and make sure the camera doesn't slip out--pick up the camera from the top along with the tripod to be sure it is secure.

Q: 7. Looking for a bag for D5600 body with these lenses: Nikon 10-24, Nikon 18-55, Nikon 70-300 and Sigma 50. Does the Domke F-6 fit? or, the Domke next generation metro messanger? or, please let me know if you have any other suggestions. Thanks

A: Hi Daisy,This is great little bag to move quickly with. Plan out what you need carefully. I keep 4 lens, d810 with a battery grip and a d610 body without a grip (back up body). Lens I carry are 135 f2 DC, 85 1.8, 35 f2 and 50 f1.4. If I need a strobe Ill just take one less lens and put the strobe in its place. Depending on the shoot. The only lens Im not sure about is your 70-300. Not sure on which one you have. Might have to put that one on the front pouch. But youll be surprised what you can put in that bag. Good luckBest,Pete
