[Tan/Beige] I purchased the Samson Expedition Express for work as a tour guide in NYC. I'm working outdoors for the most part and this is plenty loud to get my voice across with a clear accurate tone above most NY noise. I will say that the mic that comes with the unit is slightly bass heavy so I recommend adding quite a bit more treble into the mix if using this Mic. That said, I use a Sennheiser ME2 Lav for my Mic. Note that this requires a plug in power to operate with this particular unit (as is the case with most PAs). I achieved this by purchasing the X-Vive Phantom power unit plus an Asian knock off (YPA A62P) of the Sennheiser MZA 900P (at less than a 1/3 of the price) which adjust phantom power to the lower voltage power necessary for operating a Sennheiser Lav. The sound is very clear and strong with this combination. It will feedback easily with this combination so you do have to watch your volume, but believe me in that it is plenty loud to achieve the desired volume level for outdoor group tours in NYC. If feedback is a concern the advantage of the mic that comes with this unit is that it is not as sensitive and thereby requires close contact with the mic (eating the mic) which basically eliminates feedback). I carry this PA in a mesh backpack which allows sound to travel straight through it. If it rains I use a waterproof cover over the backpack as this unit is not waterproof. I suppose that is the only downside if you are looking for one on this unit, but this is the norm. Out of curiosity I checked with Samson for the cost of battery replacement as this will be needed somewhere down the line. The cost is $17 and its user serviceable, so this is another plus for extended use into the future. Highly recommended.

[5.0] I often go to Harvard's Arboretum, climb a hill far from the crowded walkways and wait about 15 minutes. If I remain still, the critters come out again and I can get excellent views of their daily lives. Birds, such as Cardinals and Blue Jays have vivid colors, which come through beautifully. Chipmunks, squirrels and other ground/tree dwellers often unseen in their normal habitats are a joy to watch. I can almost count the teeth as chipmunks gnaw on various items. I would recommend these binoculars for those who enjoy nature and wild life, seashores, etc. I was amazed when I took a peek at one of the islands in Boston Harbor, and found out there was a smaller one just to the North that I had not seen. To top it all off, on the horizon, I could see a container-ship heading out to sea, which was completely out of my normal scope of vision,but easily seen using the binoculars.

[60 W] This has worked well for my purpose; teaching yoga while streaming music via bluetooth from my phone. Each volume channel can be controlled on its own. Plenty loud for a standard sized yoga classroom.

[Tan/Beige] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially wanted this speaker for calm nights in my bedroom to listen to soothing music before I sleep, but I’ve been taking it everywhere. The speaker is really good for loud or calm settings. It doesn’t have a carrying handle so I can take it out in the backyard and it’s very clear over the outside noise. I even had it playing at my daughter’s birthday party. I think what I love most about the speaker is that there is an app that allows you to control the speaker from your phone. It’s also very esthetically appealing with the lights on the sides that change as your music is playing. If you’re on the fence with buying I promise you won’t be disappointed. [5.0] I have been using this as my new walkaround speaker, and it works great. It comes with me throughout my morning routine as I catch up on podcasts and playlists, and I like that I don't have to worry about it getting wet. Ideal size and weight allow it to fit nicely wherever I place
it. There are no issues with connectivity, and I haven't had to charge it yet after a week's use out of the box. It's doing everything I'm asking for a $20 speaker.

I've been using it a lot on this rainy week to jam out while cleaning. I can hear it through the whole house and the music is pretty crisp and clear. My favorite feature is taking calls through it as it has a built-in microphone and I can use my phone assistant too. I look forward to using it at the beach or BBQs because it is definitely going to be a talking point and a joy to have. The included app is handy for the light themes it has as well as the sound boost option. The sound boost really adds the sprinkles on top for this speaker, I think it sounds like other speakers without it. Lastly, the carrying strap has two options to carry like an old boom box or throw it over like a purse strap. That's a plus to me because if you have kids and need both hands to move quick you can just throw it over your shoulder and go! [5.0] Smaller than expected but this little speaker does not disappoint.

[5.0] Just follow the instructions and everything should work perfectly for you. Instructions are simple, too. Good volume level, good tone for voice (can't comment on singing). Follow instructions and you will not have feedback. A tiny bit heavy but easy to move and carry with the handy finger-hold insert area on top of the box. To me the heaviness compared to some other speakers makes me think this one might be a lot better made than many of the others in its price range .
