This 40° Angler BoomBox Rectangular Grid V2 24x36from Angler BoomBox Rectangular Grid V2 24x36is made specifically for the 24 x 36" Rectangular BoomBox Softbox. The grid narrows the beam of a monolight or a flash head and controls spill light. It attaches quickly and easily to the recessed touch-fastener strips on the front of the BoomBox, and when installed over the BoomBox's diffusers, retains a soft, diffused quality of light while adding directional control. Constructed from lightweight nylon, it folds to a compact size for travel or shooting on the go.

[0.37 lb] I tried to find this review before I ordered but couldn't. I took the chance and was rewarded. It fits perfectly, and is $360 less than Profoto's. I'm sure the Profoto one is better. This one isn't the thickest material and the Velcro isn't as insanely sticky as Profoto stuff. But for the price I'll buy a new one every 2 years if it fails and still be in the green. 5

[Nylon] B & H Photo was nice enough to include the Fabric Grid when I purchased my Softbox. I could not help notice the MSRP that was charged then credited on the invoice and began to wonder how many actually spend the full amount for this. It is nice and I like it, but not that much. [Yes] Great little item to help you get the light just the way you want it when the situation requires it. It mates perfectly with my 36 softbox and conveniently folds down into an easy-to-store size when I don't need it, which might be most of the time. 5

[40°] I already own the 12x55 strip box from Angler, which has worked well, but a little big for my lights to fill properly (especially with grids on). I had been waiting for them to make a 12x36 strip box offering. I actually prefer these Angler strip boxes over the Westcott ones (the 12x24 Rapid Box does not rotate easily or smoothly, the Angler one does). 5
