They are well built. Function as intended. Sturdy. Zero complaints and so happy we found this company after lots and lots of research! Shipping has been incredibly fast, too. The only negative I have is that the phone/tablet slots are unnecessary. We all agree that a fully flat surface would be better. If I really wanted to stand up my phone/tablet, I could just buy a little stand and be able to easily move it around. That said, the built in slots don't really cause us any issues.
