[3.7 lb] I purchased this stand to serve as a tall microphone stand. The base is wide and the weight of the unit is enough that I don't feel nervous about it or that additional ballast is necessary. The largest section diamater is 35 mm or about 1-3/8; the smallest diamater is 25 mm or about 1. In addition to the hand-tightening knobs, there is an allen-key set screw at each section (key included). 5

[Black] This light was part of a package. It's lightweight and made for smaller cameras like the DVX-100B by Panasonic. I look forward to using this for interviews and B-roll shots. 5

[3.7 lb] The stands were taller and lighter than I’d expected. They are a little thick when fully folded down but they serve my purposes perfectly. The mounting pins can also go in sideways which makes for some unique setups. 5

[3.7 lb] These are built like tanks and I love it. We use them for our Godox SL60 lights and they are perfect and reliable. I love the air cushioning. Sometimes when I am disassembling I let it float down just for fun. 5
