[Latch] Using the case for a portable HF radio setup. I bought from B & H because of good price and free shipping. I have been using Pelican cases for all sorts of things for over 20 years and they are still the best - indestructible and waterproof. I like the roller wheels and the pull handle on these larger cases.

I was able to organize everything allowing me to travel without worrying about my equipment being secure. I was also able to add everything without the weight exceeding airport requirements. No extra charge for me :-) This case definitely offers peace of mind.

[Latch] I'm using this case to secure my collection of handguns. I needed something secure for firearms safety but I'm not in a place now to to buy a large safe. This case works perfectly! Cavernous capacity with multiple lid catches and two lock shackles combined with wheels and large handles makes this work perfectly.

[Handle] This case is 40lbs with nothing in it. So it is a bit of a beast! So if you are looking for a case to fly with for checked luggage this is most likely not the one to buy. But man this case is impressive and it turns heads when you walk down 5th Ave with two of them!! haha! FYI most airlines consider 60 (total of external measurments) to be Oversized and 50lbs in weight. You calculate external volume by adding up the external dimensions. So for example this case is 31.28 + 24.21 + 17.48 = 72.97 which = Oversized I really wish Pelican would make it easier to search for cases by external volume and not just size. Their sites sucks bad in this respect. Amazing product terrible website! Hope this helps someone find what they are looking for! Luke

[Latch] As the previous review states, yep, this is a very heavy case & I would not recommend it for air travel or shipping (unless you want to spend a lot for shipping). If you plan on using this to haul your equipment around locally, it is the best. You can stand on it or sit on it which works out great when setting up your studio on location. I highly recommend this hard case & brand.

[Yes] Using this for a 8 telescope, eyepieces, various photo gear, and star computer. Pluck foam is easily configurable for any equipment. Latches are secure and all the important gear inside is reliably protected. Great Product!
