I was able to solve the problem of the lost knob. I like the brand.

The true replacement, no more!!

Where do I start? I bought this to replace a missing knob on a Manfrotto MVH500A video head. With minimal skill and no instructions, I was able to screw it into place, all by myself! Next, I found that by tightening it, the knob will actually lock the video head pan direction. Whoa! Incredible! After a bit of investigation, I discovered that loosening the screw actually unlocks the pan direction. Oh my, this is amazing technology! The product is very high quality, with a precisely molded plastic knob and a perfectly threaded screw. The knob is a lovely shade of black that compliments the MVH500A video head. I anticipate hours of enjoyment with this screw. Highly recommended!!!

Got these knobs for my new Moog Labyrinth. They fit nicely over the tiny knobs that Moog uses. These make adjusting the parameters a lot easier and with finer detail. I also think they give it a nicer overall “Moog Look” appearance. Yeah,they are a bit pricey for 25 little knobs but hey its MOOG and they are nice quality and look good. I only need 20 of them so I have 5 extra I can use on one of my other Synths. I have included a photo showing the Noise Tone without the knob on so you can see the difference.

This is by far the best Manfrotto Replacement Pan Lock Knob out there. I've tried a lot of pan lock knobs in my day and this is far superior than any other pan lock knob I have ever tried. Highly recommend you use a fluid video head with this product although it does wonders on its own. Great feel. Great look. Great product.

If you have any of the moog semi-modular synths, you probably need a couple bags of these. They slide on nice and easy and really help on those small,narrow pot knobs.

I bought a used Flowtech. The tie down was not included. I tried to use the tie down from my 100mm Sachtler head but it was too wide for the Flowtech legs to close completely. This tie down is narrower and allows legs to close all the way. Kind of a bummer to have to purchase a specific tie down but it works. The Flowtech is really great.

It's worth the price since I don't know of any comparable products. They go on easy (no screws required), stay put and allow for greater fine-tuning. The only possible con is that you can no longer use the patch template overlays for the DFAM and Subharmonicon. I've also found that I've got a variety of effects pedals with those same annoying small pots and these work well in that context as well, assuming you're not a set-and-forget kind of person. If you think they're too expensive, don't buy them.
