The Arca-Swiss-compatible quick release plate can be easily installed and removed, and it includes a nonslip rubber pad and two fall-prevention screws to ensure secure mounting.

An included L-shaped Allen key allows for the handle's installation or removal for either left- or right-handed operation, and it is magnetically attached to the fluid head for convenient access. Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is this compatible with 75mm bowl tripods. If not, which tripods is it compatible with?

A: Yes, the Leofoto BV-20K Fluid Tripod Head can be used on 75mm bowl tripods when adding a 75mm ball head, like the Benro 75HB 75mm Half Ball Adapter. See the link below: https://bhpho.to/3XMxynL

Q: 2. What is the battery do I need for Sony video camera?

A: wrong product question

Q: 3. This VT-350 is working GREAT for my video camera. Would you recommend such a tripod for a 6 pound spotting scope?

A: 100% the following unit has a 15 lb Weight Capacity.

Q: 4. Is the quick release assembly removable? If I want to replace it with the Manfrotto 323 RC2 System Quick Release Adapter with 200PL-14 Plate would it be possible?

A: The head assembly is non-removable. You can not replace it with any other adapter.

Q: 5. What L Bracket will fit this?

A: There are many L-Brackets that could work with the Neewer GM001 Video Tripod Fluid Head with Plate and Handle. A universal model is listed below. This model attaches to the Plate that comes with the Neewer head: CAMVATE L-Shape Multifunction Cheese-Style Mounting Plate BH #CAC2746 This model will fit the heads Manfrotto plate quick release: Manfrotto Q5 L Bracket BH #MAQ5LB

Q: 6. Is the weight of this really 7lbs? I only see the shipped weight listed

A: According to Padcaster the weight of the tripod will be between 6 to 6.5 pounds.

Q: 7. What is the difference between GM001, GM002, GM006?

A: The Neewer GM001 Video Tripod Fluid Head with Plate and Handle was Neewer's first generation fluid head and the new and coming soon Neewer GM002 Heavy-Duty Video Fluid Head, is the next version.

Q: 8. does bh sell a tripod that's basically the same functionality as the padcaster ( BH #THPCTRIPODG2 ), but can handle 20lbs? Specifically, 71" height, with a more narrow footprint like the padcaster. I shoot indoors in cramped spaces, so appleboxes is a non starter and would slow my workflow dramatically. Also the boom-able center column is a must, since I can set it in the middle and save adjusting all 3 legs, instead just adjusting the locking center column. For same reason, prefer flip lock legs, saves time. The leveling half base (the orange part of the padcaster on the center column, bottom half of the fluid head) is exceptionally useful for leveling, and the fluid head / flat video head design is most reliable (contrasting the sirui BH #SISUW2204K20 ballhead, which I wouldn't feel comfortable putting my cage/camera/monitor/98wh batterry on) budget is $300-500. is the best route to piece this together? would need the 71" height, the fluid head base (once again, not for recording camera movement, but for video head platform reliability, to use w/ a cage/rails/98wh battery/monitor system). and the center column w a hook to add a sandbag.

A: You could consider the Manfrotto 502AH Video Head & MT055XPRO3 Aluminum Tripod Kit, which holds up to 22lbs, has foot print similar to the Padcaster Fluid Head Tripod/Monopod, but it only reaches up to 67" instead of 71". See: https://bhpho.to/3Ro8AXN

Q: 9. Is anyone can tell what are specs for this tripod ?

A: This tripod has a load capacity of 13.2 pounds, a max height of 71", folded length of 22", converts into to a Monopod and has a 3/8"-16 Accessory Interface on it.

Q: 10. will this work with a DSLR for video?

A: It will if your DSLR can be mounted on a standard tripod mount (as it most certainly can).

[Yes] A sturdy, lightweight tripod that's tall enough for astrophotography and can be configured to get the camera down low, too. Easily converts to a monopod that's long enough to keep me from straining my back. Nice case, too.

[+90° to -55°] I have an A7Rv with some chunky lenses. This tripod handles everything like a champ! I have absolutely no hesitation loading this down with gear.

The Good:
Height!!! This thing goes WAY higher than I need. It's truly laughable; but is still solid.

The Meh:
The ball head works. The is slight sag when you're locking down the angle. But it's no worse (and likely better) than any other tripod with sag issues. I guess if you want to avoid clamping sag, you'll need to spring for a high-end ball head. But the tripod itself is a very decent performer.

The Conclusion:
I think I got this on sale for close to $100 (Maybe $110??). It seems like is constantly on sale.
Around $100, this is a no-brainer. At the listed price of $139, there are a few others that I would consider (3 Legged Things, SmallRig, Benro). I like this Neewer much better than the similar K&F.

It's a good studio-style tripod that's good for anything except long distance hiking. I'm loving it so far.

[1x 1/4"-20 Male] I have 2 and I now use them every day. The tall height, the fluid head, and the monopod feature are all things I use regularly.

[Fluid Head] Light, good quality, collapses to a pretty small size, and extends to a very tall size. Keep in mind that it is pretty wobbly when it's fully extended, but it shouldn't be an issue if you're shooting with a remote trigger.

[Yes] The tripod feels amazingly sturdy and stable. The maximum height is mighty 77” and the quality built seems really good.
Highly recommended for the price.

[Yes] Haven't used it much yet but I have tried it out and gone over it pretty thoroughly. It is going right into my car as my go-to tripod. I'm impressed with how sturdy it is for being as light as it is. I could easily hang the carry case from the center column hook put a few rocks in it to make it even sturdier. Very versatile design, and well made. The ball head alone is worth the price. I use a Panasonic lumix g9, and they are just about perfect together.

[+90° to -55°] It's a good travel Tripod, a bit unsteady but hanging bad helps

[Yes] For the features you get at this competitive price, the quality vastly exceeded my expectations. It's relatively light and compact and seems well made and versatile. The only minor nitpick is that the small bubble level is located on the top side of the mounting plate making it easy to cover with your camera, but I'm honestly thankful that it even has a level at this price point. You can pay 4-5x the price but I can't imagine anything at that price level being more than maybe 5% better quality than this. No brainer purchase!
